Greek Express — Restaurant in Columbus

Today I had an order for Greek Express on Sancus. I am a doordash delivery driver, and a customer here. I went through the drive thru, as that's what my partner does with no problems. He gets orders there often, I do not.

The manager was extremely rude with me about it and said not to ever come through the drive thru again, although my food was ready before I even arrived (she told me it was sitting).

I wasn't thrilled with this interaction as both a customer of this location and a dasher, so I called back to speak with her and apologized and talked to her about it.

She expressed to me that we, as she calls "couriers" are lacking in common sense, and she assumes we aren't intelligent enough to know that if our orders aren't ready we need to come inside and not hold up the line. I was EXTREMELY nice btw, and yet she told me that if I had a problem I could decline their orders and never come back. I guess I won't be back.

I shared this experience on the local doordash groups with over 400 individuals. I cannot believe a manager would speak to...

Googled places to eat near me as I am traveling and out of town. Found this place on Google said open till 9:30 got there about 8:30 ordered my food and we sat down, music was WAY too loud, another guest asked them to turn it down. Staff came out into dining area and began cleaning. Went to get a refill on my tea and it was gone. Girl said " oh you want more?" She went and got it from in the back. It's now 9pm, still myself and friend and two other guests. Guy came out and said, " we're closed, its 9 no hurry, but we need to mop the floors. He said the same to the other guests. I still had my salad to eat, but thought maybe I read google wrong or it was in correct. We left, on the way out I looked at the door and it said 9:30, they were locking them behind us. Crazy for a business to do that. Food was good, had the Gyro and Greek salad, friend had chicken Gyro and fries. Tea was good. They have sauces to choose from on bar near soda fountain. Would I...

Convenient location near Polaris Park. Food is excellent and ample portions are provided with authenticity. I took off one star because the staff at the drive-thru seem to be a little pushy in terms of getting tipped. I generally tip 20% for curbside express service for restaurants in which I would normally eat indoors where you are not required to go to the counter to obtain your food, throw out your own garbage, and return dishes and trays to a common area. So it's not like I'm a cheap person, since I do tip where I feel it's appropriate. Having to sign a credit card receipt for a less than a $20 purchase where they are obviously looking for me to add a tip just made me uncomfortable, as did the huge tip jar pushed...
