My wife and I stopped in on Saturday to check the place out and have a beer. Wife had their rendition of the collaborative 'Black is Beautiful' stout and I tried their 'Mask Up' IPA. Both beers were very good. Love the room and the patio. It was so nice to drink a beer, sit and gaze at the pond and the cattails....in the heart of the Polaris area. We really appreciated the set-up for Covid19 safety. Not every taproom is set up safely. We tend to avoid those that aren't. For reference I had the holiday ale and the stout which...

I honestly thought the beertender poured me the wrong beer, but he was quick to explain it was the correct beer but something had gone wrong during the brewing process.
WHY sell this to a customer? No offer to pour another beer after expressing my displeasure, and had him dump half in the drain before paying and walking out. He expressed no concern whatsover...I am still in shock. That's my 1st and last time spending any money at...
