I couldn't recommend Koulian Jewelers more. I just got engaged a couple weekends ago and it was the best weekend I could have asked for, and it was a complete surprise. I heard after the fact about my fiancé's experience ring shopping leading up to the engagement. He shopped around countless jewelers in Columbus and ended up buying the perfect ring at Koulian.

The owner was so helpful to him and made him feel so confident in his purchase. We had not talked about what type of ring I wanted before hand, so he made the decision on his own with the help of the jeweler and I couldn't be happier. I am so impressed with the decision they were able to come to together!

The next week, I stopped in to Koulian to get my ring resized, and the shop owner was incredibly kind and helpful to me. He remembered my boyfriend specifically and my ring. It it was evident how confident he was in the ring as well, which really made me see how passionate he is about what he does. They had my ring resized and ready for me to pick up the next day, which was a great surprise and I was very impressed with the quick turn around time! My ring fit me perfectly and I could not even tell that the ring previously was big.

In short, I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Customer service 5/5. Expertise 5/5. Price 5/5. It was resized in shop and turnaround time given as 3 days, but was ready less than 24 hours later.

For more details: I went here to get a sapphire and diamond ring (with a tiny band width) resized and honestly everything about the service was amazing, I could not have chosen a better jeweler.

They were the BEST around for both price and turnaround time. A different store told me they could not even guarantee that the ring would survive the resizing!!

The ring went from a size 3 to a size 5, I had a budget of $100 and they were quite below that. They also heeded my request of doing a size 5 even though I measured about 5.5 because I wanted it tight (which turned out the perfect size). They even avoided messing up the makers mark!!

I talked to both gentlemen who worked there and both were completely knowledgeable, assured me of any concerns and they did the resizing in house in less than 24 hours when other shops told me it could be up to a month.

They also gave it a cleaning and my ring looked better than it ever had, I simply could not stop staring, pictures do not do it justice! The amount of light that came through the ring...

I went to Koulian to get my new ring reset. I purchased my ring from a popular website but when I got it the ring was very thin and looks cheap and not secure for a 2ct center stone. I didn't feel comfortable sending back my ring and wanted to see thicker setting options in person to prevent the same issue. I found Koulian Jewelers online and they had great reviews. I walked in to get pricing on some settings and I immediately felt welcomed and so comfortable. They worked with my budget and were able to make a custom option for me. They keep the crown of my original ring and added better support and a thicker band at a price I was comfortable with. They were so quick, I got my ring back in less than 1 week. The best part is they do all the work in house so I didn't have to worry about shipping it off somewhere. They were truly so kind. I picked up my ring and it looked perfect but I later realized it was too tight due to no fault of their I just picked the wrong size. They were so nice when I called back they offered to fix it at no additional charge. I felt so comfortable with them I also got my wedding band resized and it was so reasonable.
