I booked an appointment today with Samantha Mulligan. I checked her schedule this afternoon and saw that she had slots for hair cut at 4:00pm and 4:15pm. So I went ahead and booked the appointment for 4:15pm. I was stuck in traffic for 10mins and it took me about 30 mins to reach there and another 10mins around looking for parking. After I reach there, she was with another client and told me that she didn't even realize that she had another appointment booked after that one, that she cannot do my hair today and that she could do it some other day. How can she not check her phone and not know when someone books an appointment with her. And if she was busy today, she should have updated her calendar. And she never messaged me later to see if I wanted to...

Now, I'm sure there are way better stylists, but do NOT go to Cara. She's charging my sister for $100 bangs and cut fot a 9 YEAR OLD. We specifically said "do NOT make the bangs thin, but here we are with my crying sister about not wanting to go to school tomorrow with how awful her hair looks. She also charged about $150 for BARELY a trim on my mom. I have an appointment on Thursday and now I'm afraid to go, even though she's done my hair well. Besides, I'm going on a VERY expensive vacation and my hair as a kid shouldn't cost $150. I'm sorry to give such a poor review, but I had a bad experience there and my experience was with Cara. No shade to any...
