The manager at this store was horrible. I have been a loyal hallmark shopper for years, it always being my go to for cards and gifts for my loved one. I recently purchased two glasses to use when my friend came for an out of town visit. Upon my first use, the glass chipped from me putting ice in it. When trying to return without a receipt (I didn’t keep it because I didn’t intend on returning) the manager treated me like I was in the wrong. She never once apologized and treated me like I was inconveniencing her by wanting a full refund. The whole experience was awful.
