We had the best experience tonight at The Escape Game! Our game guide, Mal, was SERIOUSLY AMAZING and truly went above and beyond to make our games fun and totally unforgettable. He was so friendly and fun, and although our escape game experiences have always been fantastic, Mal made it even more so with his sense of humor and attention to our group’s specific dynamics and the way we wanted to play. He catered the hints to our group to make it more fun. He became our friend and a member of our team over the course of the evening!

On The Escape Game in general: our family has done a LOT of escape rooms. We keep coming back to this one over and over for a lot of reasons that make it different from other escape rooms: 1) it’s in a safe, well-lit, nice location 2) the rooms are so immersive, and beautifully designed—the highest quality we’ve ever been in 3) the clues are well thought through so that the logic is clear and not impossible to follow without a hint 4) you can take pictures and video which has helped us build amazing memories!

To speak to the escape rooms we did tonight specifically: tonight we played the Heist and the Playground. The Heist was just what we’ve come to expect from this top-tier company—a constantly engaging room with a fun story and interesting components. There was one component that triggered early which caused very temporary confusion until our game guide cleared it up for us quickly.

The Playground was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. It is rated as the easiest room in this facility, and since we have completed all the other rooms here, we expected this one to be easy. I wouldn’t call it easy, necessarily. We finished the Gold Rush room with much more time left. In the Playground, the puzzles are not exceptionally difficult, but they do require most of the time. We required 53 minutes. It was so much more fun than we expected! There were a lot of physical/mechanical puzzles that brought variety to the game and which we really enjoyed.

Wish we could come back for another game—hoping they...

We had lots of fun! Christine is great! She was awesome and patient with [6 y/o] Oliver's many questions and enthusiasm. We did "The Depths" [7/10 difficulty] with our family [Mom, Dad, Oliver] and 4 of another family -- and ESCAPED!! Oliver was a little scared at first but as the excitement of the game got going he was fine. He could not figure out many of the clues -- but could count things, find things around the room, carry things to their place, push the help button, and ran to put the final piece in with 47 seconds left.

We liked it so much we got a gift card [20% off if bought that day] to come back 2 days later.

We did "Gold Rush" [7/10 difficulty]. It was the 3 of us plus 3 of another family. This one was also pretty cool. We were able to ESCAPE with 1:33 left on the clock. Oliver was the official flashlight holder, found clues, brought things to their places, counted things, and ultimately was able to do the last final piece.

We would recommend this place for families with school aged +. Kids would be able to be more involved the older they are. Doing it with mutiple families is easier and more fun. Everyone has different ideas! If it was just the 3 of us, we are not sure we would have made it out but it is great fun anyway!

My experience with this location did not start off good due to a mishap in the address provided to me in the email for parking they sent me. Due to this mishap we had to change room themes and wait 3 hours for another game; However, the front desk attendant Abbie and staff went above and beyond to correct their mistake. They even snuck in some birthday prompts and gifts for my daughter at then end! It’s one thing to have a great experience from start to finish; but they took accountability and we still enjoyed every moment of it! We did specials ops and it was a wonderful game with twist and turns to the plot! This was our first one and we got out with 33 seconds to spare! Thank you escape room team for your response to our frustration with excellent customer service and still making sure my daughter and family had the great time we were expecting despite the mishaps! It’s hard to find this type of integrity in places! Thank you!!! 5...
