Miracle Eyebrows | Eyebrow Threading Salon at Polaris Fashion Place Mall — Local services in Columbus

One star only because there is no option to give no stars! I'm wondering how the Polaris place is still open with all the bad reviews! I hate this place and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go here unless it's the last place! Very unprofessional staff who need to be trained well in customer service and also to do their job properly!!

I went here once before because I was in a hurry and did not have the time to go to my usual place up in Sawmill. The lady then was all right and did what I asked. Went again on the 13th since I was in a hurry to get it done and was in the mall. She was the worst person ever! She was really slow and pulled one by one. I'm not sure why she is even working there! I felt more than usual amount of hair being pulled.

After finishing I could see that the gap between my eyebrows were more than normal. When asked she said it looks better that way. I said it was always kept like that and she should have done the same thing. Also my eyebrows were not in the same level and did not match. I was really upset and left in tears and there was no apology received. They took the high charge of $15 as usual.

The next day, there were wounds on my forehead from where she pulled and also pimples coming up. On a side note, while she was doing my eyebrows, the other two people there were talking about how cute some guy was and distracting her.

I just started going to miracle eyebrows, and my first and most experiences have been with Chhaya. She is amazing, very gentle, understanding and extremely thorough in the threading skills. I find her to be very helpful, and I really appreciate the time she puts in. She is very attentive to my requests in threading and delivers excellent service,

I wish there was a 0 star rating. This place has always been questionable but this is just the icing on the cake. My girlfriend usually goes here and is just "okay" with the job that they do. This time they completely ruined her eyebrows. They rushed and got her out in 2 minutes and did an absolutely horrendous job by making them too thin and taking CHUNKS of her eyebrow out. THEY AREN"T EVEN WHATSOEVER! She came out crying and they wouldn't even give her her money back. These are horrible people who cant do their job right and especially the woman who works there who completely draws her eyebrows on. No wonder she can't do a good job on other peoples....
