I wanted to give this place 5 stars no question. The staff are very sweet, sell the jewelry well, and are very accommodating. It is the owner I have an issue with. I brought in an anklet for repair almost a month ago and checked on it multiple times. Each time I went in there there was not only new jewelry on the shelf but there was the exact same jewelry that I had bought and was waiting for a repair. The owner was never there and I had to give my information four times to see where my jewelry was. The jewelry is beautiful and the prices are great but it was a struggle to get it repaired. I got my jewelry yesterday and the anklet was too short to even wrap around my ankle. I brought it back in and finally the owner was there and try to lie to my face and say I didn’t bring all the beads back in. My jewelry snapped where the clasp was so none of the beads fell off. Absolutely my favorite place on earth 🥹 I have so many pieces from here the girls are amazing the store set up is beautiful they have gorgeous thriving plants around the store (not for sale) but as a plant enthusiast it makes my soul smile!!
