Placed an online order and received a tracking notification from USPS as expected. After a few days of no USPS updates, I sent a note to the company to check on the status. I very quickly received an email reply from Jim and he offered to go to the post office personally to check it out. He discovered that my package, along with a couple of others he shipped, were lost. He followed up with me the very next day and offered to send a replacement immediately.

I'm so impressed with Jim's quick communication and offer to fix the issue, even though it wasn't his mistake. Kudos to Jim...
