I just wanted to let you know what a lovely shopping experience I had on Monday at your Grandview shop! Joelle, your sales associate, was as sweet as could be! We chatted about the skirt and top that I bought, and she helped choose the correct size for me. In addition, we chatted about various other things, and the whole experience was delightful.

I was visiting from Pittsburgh, PA and had just had a blowout at the shop next door. I saw your window, and decided to come inside. Truthfully, most of the clothing is a bit youthful for me at 61, but I found an adorable outfit that even my 93 year old mother admired when I wore it!

Joelle is an excellent representative of your brand and she was so kind! I will check back in on my next visit to Columbus

I really love this store and was excited to come in to spend a gift card I had received as a gift. I was looking to purchase a dress for a wedding I was attending that week. Unfortunately, a staff member at the Grandview location was extremely rude to me during my last visit. I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave after I was approached multiple times by the same employee who kept insuring on checking me out while I was still looking at items and wanting to try them on. Long story short, I ended up leaving the store with a dress that didn't fit, that I can't return due to store policy and decided to go up the street to a different boutique where I found the perfect item. Talk about a $75 gift card...

I really want to support small businesses during this time because I know it’s rough. I’m trying to spend my money where it makes a difference.

I literally can’t purchase any clothing here because the largest size they carry is a large, which they say is a 8-10. I am a size 14. This is the average size woman in the US. It’s exhausting and humiliating to walk into a store and have NOTHING available to fit you when you are the average size in the US.

Also, one thing I noticed is that most items are hand wash only, which makes me concerned about the quality of the items and the conditions in which they are made. Would love to see more transparency in whether or not items are ethically...
