I give them a one star because they got rid of their blood hounding rude president over a month ago. So they are off to great leap. Great job Owner. My experience wasn't the greatest. No training and I went weeks without breaks. I learned alot of things on my own. I came in to a branch that was already failing. Another lady and I improved the hours but never was good enough. Told I couldn't use my pto and I was in the negative ( which I wasn't) I was written up for using a good amount at one time. Even had my VP asking another coworker if I was going to quit and she was going to make sure I didn't get paid my pto if I did. Which I never had intentions to quit and that was the first time me using my pto for a trip. After I came back from the trip I text my VP and thank her for giving me the break and she told me I couldn't take nomore time off because they are complaining from corporate. Lol. I was very confused. My attendance had always been phenomenal. Being written for using your pto was a first time I ever heard of that from a company. . You are told to make the hours but if you don't have the clients how would you? I love people and working Im not a fan of quitting and I don't job hop but I left out of this company after 1 year and a half because of the stress, rude, unnecessary gossip, greed, unfairness, and under paid. Also I was salary but treated as if I was a hourly employee. A big no no. Alot of law suits from this company as well should be a warning sign to you. Got too many Grey hairs working there. Maybe in due time they will turn it around on their end; but on my end it was too late. If you are looking for a company to grow professionally and personally this isn't the company for you. Just my personal experience and what I hear from alot of people when I first started. If I could give them advice it would be to take care of your bottom people and they will take care of you. Stop threatening your employees, get rid of your VP if you see alot of turn over in their regions. Cut the gossip, make people want to wake up and go to work instead of dreading to go to work. Talent advisors are your bread butter please invest in them. Also instead of a team for online support make a team of people who can train in person for sales position.
