Most likely not returning to this store. Wife and I went in (1st week July), and we bought shirts for the family. They are soft, good designs, and I know of this brand from our workplace using them. Removed tags and washed like normal for new clothes. We then noticed a clean hole below the armpit on one shirt. With how it looks, it appears to be a quality, sewing design, or QA issue. Called the store and they refused to assist due to tag removal and washing.
Reached out to customer service, and they made it right within minutes. Shipping me a new shirt. Not sure what the “policy disconnect” is here with the local store and corporate. It appears the Easton store is more focused on one-time sales and a transactional approach versus caring about the customer experience, customer relationship, and future purchases. What they used to be: A grassroots small business that was creative, logical, helpful, attentive, funny, and customer experience-focused who always just made ya feel great about buying from them.
What they are now: Seemingly too large to care or have any of the above (besides still being creative). They now rely on too many marketing automations, and hide behind "we're a busy company so your order is delayed", "supply chain challenges", shipping carrier delays, and general plausible deniability for not doing the right thing for customers.

My husband and I were waiting in the line outside the store with our 8 month old baby that was in a carrier on me when a manager came outside to tell us that we could not bring our baby in because she wasn't wearing a mask due to another child throwing up in the store? I have always been extremely cautious with COVID going on but this was entirely extreme. I have a very well behaved baby and have been in many stores and we have NEVER been turned away.
