Would not go again, but gave 3 stars because I think this place has potential and maybe just my visit went poorly. I ordered the Honey Almond Latte. It has a roasted, bitter chocolate taste that is very overpowering. It's more of a mocha than latte. Ordered the bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was buttered (without asking me), it was soggy, thin and sad. More like an english muffin. The cream cheese was not spread out (just a few big chunks on one side). I ordered togo, but had to ask for a knife, when the worker explained to me that his boss told him he isn't allowed to spread the cream cheese. The only reason I can think of someone ordering a bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese to be thrown in chunks on top is because the bread was too soggy and it would break if they did it. I then had spread the cream cheese with a plastic knife on the pick up counter while the workers watched. It was awkward, because the trader joe's cream cheese(the best part) they use is a little firm. The bagel also tasted smokey, like bacon and had random black specs on it from other food/cross contamination (I watched him put it on the stovetop?[metal slap he rubbed it...
Read moreI’ve been waiting for my single latte for about 15 minutes now. There’s only 2 customers in the store (me being one of them). The other dude who ordered 15+ pastries after me and got everything done and paid for AFTER me is walking out. I’m literally watching my empty cup with my order getting pushed behind orders coming in online as we speak. I have paid and the person behind me had not, yet their large, timely their order was taken care of before mine was addressed. It’s about time management! When there are two people in your store- service the one who ordered first , paid first, and has a smaller order rather than someone who came in AFTER, ordered AFTER, paid AFTER with an order 10x the size of the person in front of them.
Update: coffee took over 21 minutes. It took “Good Cafe” 13 minutes to respond to this review with a pity party. Don’t go here if you’re in any sort of rush or want to give an honest review- this place is...
Read moreIf I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! I brought my 3 daughters yesterday. We met the owner, and she is lovely. The service was impeccable. We ordered sandwiches, salads, pasta, egg bites, coffee…every last item we ordered was delicious. You absolutely cannot tell the food is gluten free. It tastes that good! The menu is large. We dined in, but they also offer pick up and delivery. The Cafe is in the 1st floor of an office building, but it’s completely open to the public. A perfect spot to order your office lunches, hold an offsite work meeting, or to bring the family. The only complaint I would have is that there are not yet high chairs for little ones, but the owner did say she is ordering some now knowing that families are coming in. My youngest daughter sat in a nice, cushy chair instead (which the owner helped me move), and she was totally happy with that. Loved this place! Giving...
