Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru. RIDICULOUS!!! I have been to other locations who will offer a free drink for the next time or something, because I had to wait that long at the drive-thru. The girl who took my payment disappeared after doing so. An older lady brought one drink 3 minutes later, and I had ordered three. She didn't even know what my order was. She looked puzzled when I didn't drive away after handing me one drink. I politely said I had two more drinks, she appologized, then reprinted out a reciept since she didn't know my order. She then got the rest of my order together. By this time I had been at the window for 10 minutes. I felt bad for the older woman, because the girl just left her hanging without knowledge of what my order was. I felt like the girl just didn't care, and the older woman was actually trying to get the order correct. Maybe if the people who work at this location would work together as a team, it wouldn't take almost 30 minutes to get an order together. I have been to other locations that had the same amount of cars in front of me and it took less than 10 mintues. I love Starbucks and this one is not one of my favorite places because it's always very busy, but they make my coffee pretty well every right time.The staff here are super friendly, even when they're super busy!

This store is big, with a decent amount of tables and chairs to dine in and patio space for outside seatinf, it does have plenty of space for a small or big group, and offers free WiFi. There's also plenty of parking next door if it's not peak hours, there's street parking available, and mobile ordering for order ahead. They also have a well stocked merchandise shelf, if you ever want their cups, mugs, coffee beans, etc.

There are also plenty of places to go get food at nearby and hang out at around the mall. Sometimes their music is a bit loud, along with the sound of people talking and chatting, so be prepared for a busy atmosphere. It gets busy here during peak hours, but otherwise it's a nice place to sit and do work or hang...

Ordered a Coconut Latte, and the drive thru girl was rude. Rather than tell me the coconut syrup was out of season, she barked at me and said all she had was coconut milk. She was very rude and when I asked to speak to someone else, she was rude as well. I went to confront the girl and let her know I didn't like her tone and her manager unprofessionally didn't listen to my concern about her rude employee and tried to call security on me because I was upset. The best solution was simple: "Sorry sir we don't have coconut syrup for your latte, it's seasonal. We do have coconut milk but it may not be sweet enough. Would you like some sugar in it or would you like something else?" A little kindness goes a long way. But instead poor management reflected on it's employee clearly.
