IF I COULD GIVE 1 STAR I WOULD! This place is always busy which is good for the company but not good for the workerâs because they turn out to be rude, disrespectful and lazy. I went in for an online order yesterday and had to wait next to the register for over 25 minutes without the lady at the register even looking at me(Ashley I believe). I could see my order sitting on the counter getting skipped in the bagging process. I finally get a personal phone call where someone asks me whatâs going on at that point I am talking loudly on the phone and the lady at the register makes a comment that I was causing drama, I asked for my food so I could leave and she proceeds to ignore me. It took over 30-40 minutes for a pre ordered online meal of 2 quesadillas and chips. After all the time I wasted in the store and the poor service I was given by I believe Ashley, I figured I should let the manager know. The manager proceeded to look at me like I was the dumb one and after I finished explaining the situation she made the comment âthanks for your inputâ. (There were 3 people BACK TO BACK TO BACK that had service issues with Ashely/lady at the register. When she was asked by a nice older lady if she was having a bad day the girl behind the counter made a rude and snarly comment back towards the lady. She was also tossing peoples receipts around and not even looking at people when she was speaking to them.) This has been the worst experience Iâve ever had with any fast food restaurant and I will never speak or walk foot near this place. I will tell my family, friends, clients and community about this situation and urge them to never return to this particular location either. Last thing to mention after all of this is the order was missing items even after this long of a wait and situation. Save your money and time and just drive to one of the other...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order yesterday (04/18/22) at 4 p.m. and my experience at this location was absolutely horrible. I went to pick up my food at 4:05 and it was not placed on the shelf. I walked over to the cashier who completley ignored me saying "excuse me" as she continued checking severeral customers out. She finally acknowledges me and asks the name of the order and goes to the side near the back and finds the reciept. She claims they "don't have the order and maybe they can remake it". She then goes to grab another lady who approaches me claiming "someone stole my order". She then expresses "this is not our problem and we did our part". I then ask "why was my food was not kept in the back like it was this past Saturday?" she then starts raising her voice stating "we don't keep food in the back, this is your fault so we will not remake it". After she says this I demand a refund (which they refused as well). I immediately call the store where the manager answers and says her girls didn't say what I stated said. The manager then says it is corporate rules to not keep food in the back (which corporate confirmed later to be a lie as well). She says she could not refund me but offered to make the food herself. As if I wanted to eat any of their food after how poorly they treated me. She never once apologized or held any accountability. It took me 3 hours total on the phone to get a refund for my order. Because of this experience I will never purchase food at...
Read moreI placed an order through the app for ASAP pick up. I arrived 15 minutes after the expected time since this location is consistently slow to get orders completed. When I arrived, I walked up to the cash register and waited for someone to acknowledge me to ask for my order. The girl running the cash register was focused on mixing beverages and sweeping to acknowledge I was standing in front of the counter. I stood around for a good couple of minutes waiting.
Since the other girl making the food wouldnât acknowledge me either, I went through the line to finally talk to someone. She got another man involved. He asked me for my order and explained to me I can walk up by the register and ask a cashier to hand me my order.
He brought my order out. I mentioned to him neither the cashier nor anyone else working at the restaurant would even acknowledge me. He defended the cashier and told me next time I try to get the employeeâs attention.
In my experience, when you try to get someoneâs attention, they either ignore you as much as they can or get mad at you for it. When you have customers at your location, you always seek them out to engage with them. Asking a customer to go out of their way to get an employeeâs attention when youâre standing in front of them is inexcusable. The cashier wouldnât even make eye contact with me.
At qdoba, I never have this issue. Same goes for Piada behind this location. The employees here arenât friendly and look at customers like they...
