After he molded me for my fit I wiped my face thinking I got everything off but I didn't. he said no ma'am I can't have you walking out like that after doing business with me ... on my end I was mad at myself like why I didn't even look in the mirror lol. but that showed me there he really cared for his customers.. I asked him eta on my grill and the time it arrived was the exact time he told me to expect it. And what really makes me want to give more than 5 stars is I was at work today and couldn't leave to go pick it up so he told me that he was able to bring it to my job. I would like to suggest future customers pay half the deposit up front instead of full payment to avoid having to chase the owner down for your product. I would also like to suggest to the owner that they give each customer their undivided attention during the appointment. I understand a high clientele is important but if you canāt prioritize those who are in your face, it can leave the customer feeling undervalued. The lack of empathy I received once I informed them that they forgot and or lost half of what I paid for is what caused me to do this review.
