ATTN !!! REVIEW EDITED: So my initial review to the store in this location in particular was one of which I gave it initially 4 or 5 stars out the gate.. HOWEVER after what I'm sure was a most unpleasant experience to the point to where it landed my face on a photo next to the door possibly I'm changing this to a one-star rating... Upon a visit that I had recently at this location I was informed by the woman running the register because everyone knows Costco does things in a very weird fashion and the employee has to empty your car at the employee has to load your car at the employee has to scan everything personally all fine and dandy... At least I thought my mother hands down the registration card showing that we remembers and I attempt to hand the cashier my debit card and she rejects a $400 and some dollars sale... My little sister also having 200 and some dollars in her cart orthodontics in goods from this location combined with my mother's cart which was an additional $300 and some odd dollars from this location, mattered absolutely nothing to them and they refused our sale and refused to let me cash out under my mother's membership ID...
As a company regardless of who the membership belongs to if it was all in one transaction in the member was available and standing there at the time photo ID matching.. rejecting $900 worth of random garbage that you sell because God only remembers what the hell it was is a joke it is a bad business practice and you have absolutely no care for the employees that then had to turn around and put three carts away because at that point I was not allowing anyone in my family to purchase anything from your store if these were going to become your common in everyday business practices... You charge an arm and a leg for a membership to begin with for a yearly cost, and as long as the member is actively there and in person there's no reason why this had to be a result...
Upon complaining to your corporate office I was responded in email with the excerpt from your membership identification and contract through the small print anyway shall we say because it definitely strained my eyes to read it states and I quote that membership IDs are not transferable and are only to be used by said member anybody other attempt wise must have one of their own...
Followed by nothing else ... Did this I will not ever and I mean that on My grave after I'm long and gone I will never ever ever ever ever ever find myself shopping at a Costco for the rest of my life I don't care if I have to go an extra 100 me to make it to a Walmart I'll make it happen this entire dang transaction between manager and employee versus me and said manager or employee has literally left me feeling more sour toward Costco than I feel toward bezos or any other greedy owners / CEOs...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy daughter and I were really excited for our first Costco trip (we joined to support DEI). As I always do, I took my 1.5lb ESA dog with me, in his carrier (the entire time). Because of my PTSD, stores can be quite overwhelming for me at times and it was especially busy. I set him down in the cart, still in his carrier, long enough to have my photo taken. A male manager approached me and asked if I had a carrier for him, I replied that he's in his carrier. At this point, I was holding him already again in his carrier. The manager proceeded to tell me that I'm allowed to have him in the store but that I need to come and find him before I leave so he can sanitize that specific cart. He also let me know that most of the other employees "would have flipped out on me" and thought my service animal was gross effectively. He approached me again 2 more times repeating these same things within about 5 minutes, in front of a line of people also waiting for cards and photos. He then proceeded to follow us around the store the ENTIRE time, I assume to make sure I didn't set my animal back in the cart. To be clear, he knew this was a service animal. As we were checking out my daughter made a joke that he would be waiting on his, and sure enough, we didn't even get to the exit before we saw him there waiting. While I get the point he was making to an extent, this was extremely embarassing and the irony that we joined for DEI inclusion and were treated this way over my service animal has not escaped me. I truly hope this was a one off experience. It's worth noting that every single other employee we encountered was beyond friendly and helpful as we navigated the very busy store for the first time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI saw the free sample of mochi. So I went there to try it . I took the last pink mochi after I tasted the pink one, I saw her cutting the whole white mochi. She separated it and put it n the small cups and put it on the tray. I asked the lady with a smile and excited . if I could taste the white flavor. She didn't answer. She looked at me and it was angry even though she was wearing a mask but you could tell from her eyes that she was irritated. And i heard "sucking sounds." Very loud ! I guess this was probably her answer. So then she took the empty tray and replaced it the other tray with mochi but I was shocked because she slammed the tray and hit the table pretty hard. I didn't do anything wrong to show me her attitude. I feel bad to walk away so I went back there and I want to ask her why she treated me so badly. But someone else is there .I talked to the person who replaced her. so I explained but kind of stupid the way she said. about the free sample. she told me that I can't take more than one. I read about Costco free samples( Costcoās free samples are unlimited. Yes, unlimited. Employees arenāt allowed to enforce a limit on treats, so yes, you can go to town on those free snacks).anyways i talked to the manager but the conversation was useless because they care more about the workers and protecting their people. so I went to the front desk and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to besides the manager. I also explained what happened. Then they called someone to help but I couldn't bear to be there anymore so I left because I was so upset... she is Asian like me but she is prejudice! I will never ever ever come back this place anymore. We are going to cancel a membership...
