We ordered 4 bowls and a piada stick online to be picked up at 6:30. I get to the restaurant at 6:25 and it isn’t ready yet, no problem I was early. They only had two visible workers, and a line of about eight people. The guy at the cash register was very nice and asked me what the name was of my order which I told him. I then asked if I could add on a extra piece of salmon that there wasn’t a option to do double meat online. The other guy running the line said “no modifications can be made to online orders”. I showed him my debit card and said I would purchase another piece. He was visibly irritated and yelled back to the kitchen man to make another. I stood there for a few more minutes as the irritated guy prepared our bowls and slid them down the line to the younger guy. The younger guy took my payment for the extra salmon, and bagged up the food. He poured me my drink and told me to have a nice day. Because we purchased so much food and there was a big line, as well as one of the workers already being visibly irritated with I assume my large order an extra request I did not check the bag before leaving which was my mistake. I get home and of course there is no extra piece of salmon. 2/4 bowls we ordered were incorrect or missing items. No one answered the phone at the restaurant so here I am with a review. Food safety is immensely important, and as someone who has been Servsafe certified, I'm a bit upset at how my order was treated.
I ordered online at 7:50 to have food ready around 8. I walk in at 8 and nothing is in the grab and go area, but I see a bag sitting by the register. I wait.
That bag sat there from at least 8:00pm to 8:30. When they finally made the lobster bisque to finish my order I learned that that bag was the other half of my order. It had been sitting with no heat lamp or anything for AT LEAST 30 minutes.
I was hurriedly handed my food that had been sitting for half an hour, with no way of asking to have it remade.
Bacteria grows rapidly at room temperature, as room temp is considered a "danger zone". This could make someone sick.
I included a pic of the clock in my car and the receipt showing when I ordered and what time it was supposed to be done.

Not a huge thing but I still needed to get that refunded. Called and it rang back twice to the beginning of the automated voice message given for option. No one had answered minutes after I found the issue. I then took it upon myself to email the Info email given on the site. It clearly states that you can get a refund only on the same day of purchase. This was 3 days ago. No response, no refund and frankly, I may not ever use the online ordering again. Other than that, I guess the food was fine though it was not my lunch. Delivery will be about 5-10 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time chosen.
