I was so excited to check this place out originally and try somewhere different than I usually do. I went in with a picture for a balayage and cut. The woman I had was super sweet, her name was Katie. She was really sweet, but she really ruined my hair. She appeared to not really know what she was doing. It seemed to take a much longer time than it normally does, but I thought it was because it was much blonder than I normally go. Another woman (AnnaMarie) kept coming by to look at her work and gave Katie a look, I was wondering the whole time what the several looks were about, but I was so excited about the new style that I kind of ignored it. So, long story short I am extremely dissatisfied. I didn't notice how bad it really was until I got home and I cried. My hair was orange and yellow in tone. The balayage was splotchy and looked horrible. I am devastated, my hair is completely botched and pretty unfixable. Even the cut was completely uneven and choppy. I went back for a refund and was instantly given a hard time, the owner was immediately rude and dismissing. Katie came over to talk to me as the owner, basically told her to go away that she would handle it. The owner, AnnaMarie, was huffing the whole time while talking to me and my boyfriend. To say this woman was rude is an understatement, I was shocked to find out she was the owner. She was cutting someone's hair and told me she would give me a refund later. I told her I wanted it now with the receipt. I paid almost $200 for the "balayage", cut, toner and gave a $30 tip. I finally got my refund as AnnaMarie literally shooed my boyfriend and I out of the building with her hands. I did not want to cause a scene, I was still nice despite being distraught. I was just extremely upset and wanted my money back to go somewhere where the people actually knew what they were doing. AnnaMarie was rude to me the whole time saying she could fix it and that it "didn't look that bad". I asked her if she would want to walk around with this and she said nothing. I've never been this embarrassed in my life and I've honestly never had service like this before. I'm shocked. Everything about my hair is botched. I loved my hair before and now it is completely ruined. The last image is what my hair looked like about a week before having my hair done here. I'm devastated and never received the tip I gave back. AnnaMarie was the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. Do not go here, save your money and go somewhere where the people actually appreciate and respect their customers.

This is one of the very few places that offers eyebrow sugaring which is the best option for eyebrows given the lack of side effects and the length of time needed between sessions.

The first time I went Katie was wonderful and listened to my needs. She set the music on and let me relax into an almost meditative state while she quietly worked her magic, it was virtually pain free and my eyebrows were even and beautiful.

However the second time there was a student talking in the room constantly and I felt like I was being pushed through without much attention. I expressed that I wanted my brows thinner and it was only after having left I noticed my brows had a nick from accidentally taking too much of my brow off. I have attached photos.

The reason I am leaving a 4 star review is because the owner personally called me to apologize, as did Katie. She listened to my grievances and dealt with me honestly.

I would definitely give this salon a try - it’s local and they are honest. They will own up to a mistake and treat you...

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with CeCe and the rest of the staff! I found the salon on Google as I was looking for a new nail technician. They only had time for a gel manicure as there were other clients scheduled - but I’ll definitely come back.

My husband and I are vegan so I really appreciate the salon’s dedication to natural and organic sources. CeCe was super considerate and a great conversationalist. She did not use a drill taking off my prior gel set by hand. She was gentle, efficient and well-skilled.
