ALDI — Local services in Jefferson Township

I shop at the locations in Pickerington, Lancaster, Heath, and Newark. This location is by far the worst one out of all of them. They have a horrible parking layout where I've almost had my vehicle hit several times from people either pulling in from the service road or backing out of spaces. They are consistently out of things I'm looking for. The store always seems dirty and things seem to be thrown around in random areas. This is also the only location I've been to where items were moldy. Some of the moldy items I've seen are strawberries, street corn dip, tortellini, and shredded cheese. Trying to shop feels like you're walking into a United Nations meeting where no one knows where they need to go, what they want, or what they are looking at. Checking out is always a fiasco. They only have one person working a register (maybe, if you're lucky), but 5 other registers open for self checkouts. The problem is most of the people using the self checkouts have no idea how to work one. The only reason I come here is because it's the closest location to where I live, but what's the point when they never have what I need? Might as well use the extra gas and go to another location that doesn't cause...

One of the best Aldi's I've visited. Been here a few times and stock levels are good, store is clean and service has been good. Parking lot is pretty decent size and is in good condition. Prices are pretty good on non-frozen goods and usually in good supply. Drives new crazy lately going to Walmart and their efforts to cram in more sku's by reducing facings means they're constantly sold out of stuff they shouldn't be. This doesn't happen here on regular stocking items like it does elsewhere. We have been quite satisfied with meats though sometimes disappointed with fruits and veggies. Selection can sometimes vary, sometimes they have things they don't carry 100% of the time and everyone sells out of product once in a while. Checkout is the traditional bring your own bag or buy them. Carts are the traditional Aldi's ones that take quarters to unlock. Never had any problems with long lines or waits, definitely...

I normally do not write reviews for anything but I was upset by the behavior of one of the staff. On Monday I went in quickly to get somethings and this employee was working on what appeared to be a food load. I said excuse me to get to one of the food items and she looked at me with such annoyance on her face, gave a little hugh and rolled her eyes. It was very awkward and when I went to checkout she was my cashier and you could tell she was very stressed and did not say one word to me. In a way felt bad for her because she seemed like she was doing all the work but again it was a very awkward situation for me. Overall, the place seemed nice and clean. I like the store on broad, I do. But I feel like for such a big grocery store and high level of customers there should...
