Went in, and was not ordering product, but trying to buy water with how hot it was outside. I was told I could not use a card to purchase three bottles of water, that I would have to purchase five in order to get water.
I had only my card, and had only enough at the time to purchase the three bottles. I understand most businesses have the approach of not permitting a card purchase on items less than five dollars, but maybe there should be some sort of allowance concerning WATER when it is 103-105 degrees outside? Just a thought as customer service, especially during sever weather temperatures, is key to developing a positive business relationship.
As much as I would like to write a sincere review about your actual product, I am going to have to pass and say that sadly I will never try any location for how I was denied something as simple as purchasing water. This is something that should be discussed amidst corporate, and policy be changed when it concerns a person trying to stay cool and hydrated. Severely...
Read moreBest frozen yogurt ever!!!😋
Tutti Frutti at Citadel is honestly one of the best frozen yogurt spots I’ve been to. The place is super clean and inviting, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They’re always happy to answer questions or recommend flavors if you’re unsure what to get.
The variety of flavors is impressive — they have all the classics like vanilla and chocolate, but also some unique ones like taro and pomegranate. The yogurt is creamy and not overly sweet, which I love. Plus, the self-serve setup makes it easy to mix flavors and customize your bowl exactly how you like it.
The toppings bar is fully stocked with fresh fruit, candy, nuts, and syrups, so you can really make it your own. And the best part? The prices are super reasonable for the portion sizes — you definitely get your money’s worth.
It’s the perfect spot to cool down after shopping or just to satisfy a sweet craving. If you’re at Citadel, definitely check it out — you...
Read moreI went to this place along with my friend. I served myself some FroYo But the middle aged, Hispanic man working there didn’t want us to serve ourselves so he took the spoon from me and told me we weren’t allowed to serve the condiments ourselves. He was giving me the amount he wanted.
The amount of yogurt plus the condiments that you want and decide to take, is your choice, not the person‘s that’s working there. Besides that, he was also at the cash register, touching dollar bills and was without gloves while serving the condiments, and then he went to the cash register, and just touched a lot of money. I didn’t wanna make a big deal out of it and didn’t want to cause any problems. But I thought it was very disrespectful And controlling,...
