I recently visited the Loft store at Citadel and had an unsatisfactory experience. During billing, the staff member handling my purchase was not professional. She didn’t bother to fold the clothes I bought and simply threw them into the bag. This careless attitude left a bad impression. Additionally, her demeanor and customer service were disappointing—there was no courtesy or effort to make the interaction pleasant.

I hope the management addresses such behavior and ensures better training for staff to maintain the quality of service that...

This store is super easy to shop in because it’s always really well organized and the layout is very intuitive with the manner in which I shop. I was able to find a great jacket (it’s been so cold out lately!), as well as a pair of jeans that fit me just right.
