Hi, I like that you have many organic products but I disagree on some other: I do not like that you have real sheep skins for sale. That is a 100% animal cruelty item and it shouldn't be sold. It is wrong to even have it displayed. I like that you have cage-free eggs, but I disagree on you having the regular ones as the message to your clients is confusing: instead of saying you have variety, you are saying choose between being cruel or not...that doesn't make any sense. It would make much more sense and it would even feel great to have different cage-free options: brown eggs, on plastic box and on cardboard box, which is the ones I truly prefer. I like the furniture you sell but I do not like that you do not do delivering. We wanted to buy a dinning set and a 3 sofa set but you hold it only 24 hours...it was impossible for us to put everything in one truck or make many trips! I like the food you have in the deli after the cashiers but I don't like that you don't have any vegan or vegetarian alternative. I tried to buy a salad and push out the cheese and the chicken but it was really messy and disappointing. I like the jewelry for adults you have but I don't like that you don't carry anything for kids. I wanted to buy something for my nieces - 10 and 14 years old - and there was nothing there. I would like you to carry "halls" cough drops. They have real sugar on them instead of the "Ricola" you carry that has Aspartame. I would like you to carry frozen asparagus. I would like you to carry yogurt "Chobani" for kids - strawberry, banana, watermelon, or grape. They have real sugar but the lowest amount you can find on the market, plus they are not fat free which makes them the best for kids to have. I would like you to carry Gerber DHA Rice Cereal", which is the best to feed the babies. I would REALLY LOVE if you carry "Leaping Bunny" or "Vegan" cosmetics and toiletries. They are "animal cruelty free which a lot of people - including me - would love to buy even if they are a bit higher in price. I would appreciate if you carry "Seventh Generation" or recycled toilet paper and paper towels. The latter actually have more resistance to liquids and you can actually rinse them and used them a couple of times. I like the quality of the pastries you carry but I would deeply appreciate you could add a couple of vegan alternatives that I could take to family reunions or for my self.
I feel your store represents part of who I am and my needs. I like that you have a gas pump that I can use before heating back home. I like the cordiality of the staff and the effective way the cashiers work. I believe my input is important for you and that - in time and hopefully sooner than later - I will be able to see them considered by you. I would love that to happened so I do not have to go to two or three stores to get the bulk of my...
Read moreSelective cart search - Minority Costco Member For the second time after spending hundreds of dollars at this location, we were selected out of all customers to have our cart checked and all our items counted. Both times a number of other customers before and after us, with large and small purchases did not have their carts searched or items counted. We were randomly selected the first time after being checked out by an employee (all items scanned and paid for) and today by an employee at the self checkout line who made a mistake and did not scan a case of water. I asked why our cart was being checked and not other customers and the young lady checking our cart said, "I know I'm not sure." I asked to speak to the manager, Nick who said that they try to get every customer and that he cannot speak for everybody and that they do this for self checkout, but again this has happened to us twice regardless of being in self checkout and we were ringed up by an employee both times. Nick kept saying the same thing as we continued to watch other customers go freely without getting their cart items counted. Nick could not explain Costco's policy. Costco you are selecting only certain customers carts to search. We already pay for a membership to even enter and buy items from your store. Just recently spent a combined $800 for tires and groceries. This was not handled well by Nick, the manager, making excuses for the mistake of an employee and noting how customers are not randomly selected when even during this conversation we watched customers continue to pass by without the cart being checked. Is discrimination...
Read moreI wish I could give a negative rating score. This is the worst Costco Store I have ever been to. I used to often go grab some pizza for dinner in the foot court area before shopping in store, never had any problems. But last month I went to this Costco store and entered from exit to get some pizza like usual, one of Costco employee asked me to get out and enter from the entrance, even I showed her with my membership card, she still insisted on asking me enter from the entrance. I asked why she said this is Costcoâs new policy, which was obviously a made-up policy. Right after next week I went to the Costco store at King of Prussia, then Costco at CherryHill NJ, and entered from exit to food court, No employees from neither of these two stores asked me to leave and no one told me I have to enter from entrance. I am not sure who told the employees at this Costco for this rudest and ridiculous policy. I was so embarrassed when their employee asked me to get out of the exit even though I have told them I have Costco membership. I have been had Costco membership since 2015 and It would probably my last year to purchase Costco membership. BTW, I called Costco customer service for complaints for this terrible experience, they said they will investigate on it and open a case and told me they will inform me if there is any updates, after that I neither received any email regarding opening case for investigation nor any further notice. Totally made-up and lies. Really terrible terrible experience...
