I had an excellent experience here and the staff was absolutely wonderful! I went in looking for a new pan, they suggested a few good options, they got them from the back, and let me check them out before buying. Not only were they extremely kind the entire time, but they nailed the selection and picked exactly what I was looking for. Time wise it was a quick process. Price wise it was what I expected although (generally speaking) you get what you pay for and you’re paying for higher quality here so the prices reflect it. In many cases like cookware that price is worth it because it’ll last you a long time, but please be aware the prices here are higher than you may have seen elsewhere. Tom Merman was the assistant manager of the Brinton Lake store and was adamant about enforcing WS policy on the return of bad food. He had no authority nor understanding of allowing a return of a faulty product. If this is how you treat your loyal customers we will no longer have confidence in purchasing your food products. Read moreI purchased a few item for my wife for Christmas at the Glen Mills location and the clerk who rang me out emailed the sales receipt directly to my wife and spoiled a big Christmas surprise!!! Not an ounce of compassion either. We’ve spent a fortune in this store over the years but after yesterday that’s enough for me. Never going back. WS here’s a thought, instead of automatically emailing a receipt to whatever email you have on file why don’t you train your staff to ask if the customer would prefer a paper receipt or email one as well and confirm the email address before sending.
