A group of friends and myself visited this location on 4/11. One of the employees (younger female) was extremely nice and helpful. She was very kind and promoted a very positive atmosphere. However, the older woman working with her was rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She watched us like hawks and made us feel as if she was making sure we weren't stealing (which we would never do). She was rushing us to finish up the entire time and created an anxious environment for all of us. We were packing up to leave (there were about 7-8 of us) and she came into our room, rushing us even more and she even lied and said the store was closing. The store was not closing for another hour…. 4 minutes after our reservation time ended we were packed and ready to go, I asked if we could please just sing happy birthday to our friend and she responded “ok but hurry up because it’s been 4 minutes," we were 4 minutes late I understand but the matter in which she spoke was rude. I understand we were not entitled to that 4 minutes but we were entitled to kindness and appropriate customer service. Anyway, we sang instantly, didn’t cut the cake, or even light the candles and we went to the register to pay. As we were checking out, we noticed two painters casually painting… not being threatened that the store was going to close. I am not sure why this woman treated us this way but because of her, we will never return to this location. We were more than professional, we were not loud, we didn’t even play music in our private room. It seems as if she had a bias towards as soon as we walked into the store. She wanted us out before we even started painting. We paid hundreds of dollars for such a negative experience. Additionally, we were told we would be called once our pieces were ready – that never happened. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but finally on May 2nd, I called and our pieces had been ready for weeks… Again, we will NEVER...
Read moreThis place is an absolute gem! My 4-year-old daughter and I visited Color Me Mine for the first time today, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect—or how long my toddler would stay engaged. But I was blown away. The studio is stunning—bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out in a way that feels both open and calming. It was a space where I felt like I could sit and paint all day—and my daughter did, too! She normally loses interest in activities after 20 minutes, but she was happily painting for over an hour.
The staff were just as amazing as the space—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel right at home, and their warmth really added to the experience. The prices were great, the vibe was relaxing, and the memories we made were priceless.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for families to connect, create,...
Read moreI was looking for something fun and different for me and my son to do. There is a sign on the door that says “Only open for pick ups” with a time. As I was driving away I called to ask if they would be opening the inside soon. I said “Hi, I just have a question. I saw that you are only open for pick ups. Will you be..” and the phone hung up. I assumed they could not hear me so I called again and it just rang. I called back about 2 minutes later if that and I was sent to voicemail. I read the review and I saw that many said the employees were rude however, I thought I would still give it a chance. Even if they called back which I sincerely doubt they would I will never attempt to go back. And will let my friends and family know whether they ask about it or not, how rude and ridiculous my experience was just...
