I am new to the area and was looking around for a place on an early Sunday morning to grab a bagel. Saw Purebread and figured the had to have them. Went in and selection was minimal which didn't bother me because maybe it just isn't their thing. Ordered 2 plain bagels w/cream cheese and a large drink. I asked if they could put a little extra cream cheese on them and they said that they would have to charge me for them. No problem, want something extra you should pay for it. All sounds pretty easy to this point and no big deal. Well she rings me up and it is close to $12.00. Now I am no cheapskate but 2 plain bagels and a fountain drink for $12 bucks??? So I pay the girl and take a look at the receipt to see if there was a mistake. When you go to the register there is a little sign that list the few bagels they have and the types of cream cheese underneath them. So I assumed that if you order a bagel that the cream cheese comes with it. On the receipt was a charge for the 2 bagels, 2 cream cheese on bagels, 2 sides of cream cheese, 1 large drink. So I ask the girl if they charged me twice for the little extra cream cheese I asked for. She says that the cream cheese isn't included and that I was charged for both bagels and the extra for both. The extra cream cheese was like $2 a piece. I ordered my food to go and when it was ready had noticed that the didn't put the extra cream cheese on the bagels but rather gave you a 2 ounce cup on the side. So since I was planning to have one in the car on the way home went to put the extra on myself. Opened the bagel and trust me you do not need to order extra cream cheese. Plenty on it. This place is ridiculous!!
Well...the food is okay and the service/staff are amazing, but if you come here, prepare to be disappointed.
So here's the story: My family and I have been trying to get our dog on the screen for a little over a year now. We have tried EVERYTHING!! We sent them in on their website, we emailed them, and we posted her on Instagram but they still won't put her up!
This is getting ridiculous!!! We come almost every week to see is she is finally up but nope. Why would she be?
The same 30 dogs have been up there forever! Clearly they have something against our dog. I mean, come on! They ignore this dog that we are willing to put up, and yet they have possums, fox, and wolves on the screen! Isn't this a DOG CAFE?!?
To add to our frustration, they took down our previous reviews!! They probably take down a lot of reviews so when you read them, know that they are hiding some from you.
Overall, we are incredibly annoyed with this place and we would like other people to know this.
PureBread, if you start posting new dogs, we would be happy to remove...

My girlfriend & I stopped in for the first time yesterday on our way to Costco. We didn't know anything about this place & thought it would be another Panera based on the name & logo on the outside. What a surprise when we realized it's all dog-themed on the inside! We really got a kick out of the menu item names. We both got items from their "mixed breeds" section, which combines half a sandwich & a soup or salad. I got the Chihuahua & Santa Fe salad & my girlfriend got the corgi & lobster bisque soup. Everything was delicious! We also loved seeing photos of locals pups on their TV screens. We were delighted by everything & can't wait to return to try...
