Rally House Brinton Lake — Local services in Concord Township

As in most of the time that I visit rally house, I’m always greeted with personnel that are willing to help me find anything I’m looking for. Luckily as I walked into the door yesterday, there was a young woman that was trying to put away some articles in the front, when she saw the puzzled look on my face direct me to where I could find the items I was looking for, Eagles and Phillies Shirts For a child. Although I had to wander further back in the store and another gentleman was putting away merchandise in Philly section. However, it wasn’t until I took my purchases all the way in the back of the store to the checkout was I made aware that there are shopping carts available in the store I didn’t see them when I first arrived. I was completely disappointed with the service I received while I patronaged this store. I forgot my phone in my vehicle but I had a 20% coupon connected to my email address. At First, One manager said he would go ahead and give me the discount.The Lead Cashier couldn’t figure out what why she couldn’t get it to work on the kiosk. So she canceled that transaction and proceeded to go to the other one kiosk. While this was going on others tried to assist her without success.Finally another manager came over and stated he could not verify the 20% off coupon and would only give me 10% by this time it had been about 20 minutes I was standing in line. The new manager stated that the previous manager shouldn’t have told me he would give me the discount. At this point, I will never come to this store because the customer service was very underwhelming.I WILL TAKE MY MONEY...

Cool store, always clean, very friendly staff, but the prices are outrageous!!!! You can find most of the exact same Sports clothing and apparel on Amazon or other sporting goods stores like Dick’s for way cheaper, it just won’t have the “Rally House” tag on it ofc. And their website is rarely updated, says that they had a certain Eagles Jersey in my size in stock in store, multiple in stock too, and i live almost an hour away so I took that drive only to realize that they didn’t have the jersey in the store.
