Pottery Barn — Local services in Concord Township

I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received from Pottery Barn! We ordered a farmhouse table and two benches, along with some other things. On one of the benches, the wood is peeling off! I took a picture, sent it to customer service (12/13), they then sent out a technician who stated that we would receive a replacement bench (that was 1/12/16). I then did not hear anything from anyone. On 1/26 I called customer service again and they said I had to send an email to someone else. So, I did. On 2/1 I still did not get any response. I then called customer service 3 days ago 2/8, they said they would send me a replacement bench this week. I get a call tonight 2/10, from Customer Service stating they could not approve it and will not be able to get back to me until a week or two!! WHAT! Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. We had gone into another location and we were dismissed pretty quickly and when I asked if they had the leaf to the table to see it the lady treated me like I was asking for the world to the point where I apologized profusely to her for asking. What a difference a location makes!!! Came to Glenn Mills to place the order and EVERYONE was friendly, fun, kind and helpful. There was an issue with my payment and everyone helped to fix it. I bought a sectional with Pottery Barn and they promised the delivery for May 13- 27, it is late and they don’t have a clue when it is goin to be delivered. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody helps me, they are lost, totally disorganized. I have a long planned vacation, I am not going to be home for few weeks and when I am back we will have guests.
