Short summary: charged me for large fry when I said I didn't want it and didn't adjust order when I pointed out total was incorrect before I paid.
Cashier asked if I wanted large fries with my combo and I said, "No, I'll take the default size."
Cashier tells me the total and I pull out my calculator and say "that doesn't seem right, it should be X with tax."
Cashier says the large fries are more. I said "I said I didn't want the large fries."
Cashier says, "It's only 50 cents more." And I reply, "That doesn't matter, I said I didn't want them."
Cashier touches computer screen and says I can put my credit card in the reader. The card reader oddly enough doesn't display a total and cashier doesn't give me a receipt after it prints out.
Cashier goes to talk to someone and comes back and says I can have an additional dipping sauce. I say "No thanks I don't need one." He says I can have one of another flavor than the one I chose and I say, "No thanks, I don't want another dipping sauce."
Check my credit card statement and I was still charged for the large fry size upgrade I said I didn't want and cashier didn't adjust the order price even when I pointed it out before paying.
And to cap it all off, they gave me a regular size...

Iām extremely disappointed with the service I received at your location. My online order was not fulfilled correctly, with half of it missing, and the pickup was delayed by 20 minutes past the scheduled time of 6:30 PM.
When I got home and realized half of my order was missing, I immediately tried calling the store, but no one answered. I was forced to drive 20 minutes back to the store to address the issue. When I arrived, the employee who had helped me earlier seemed confused and unbothered. After 20 minutes of back-and-forth between him and a coworker, my order was corrected, but still not fully. No apologies were given or any other incentive to make things right. I had to request the ranch sides that were supposed to come with the order because the employee clearly didnāt care.
This entire experience was unacceptable. I expect better from Wingstop as a paying customer. The lack of professionalism, care, and respect is outrageous. Please address this matter immediately and make it...

He confidently said yes it did in a rude tone so I poured all 5 and it did not even equal up to halfway. So he gave only 2 more and it still did not fill it up fully.
