I got a rhodium plated silver ring with a topaz center stone on vacation. It's not super expensive, it's sentimental. However, it was made with some errors: the center stone was not level in the setting so only 3 of the prongs were (barely) holding the stone, and the 4th prong wasn't touching the stone at all and was constantly getting snagged when I wore my new ring. I was sooo disappointed! Another jeweler told me a tall tale about not being able to fix my ring because they claimed "sterling silver needs to be coated in copper for the rhodium plating to stick to it and we don't have the right tools to deal with rhodium plated sterling silver because it will expose the copper and make the ring look ugly." I called Sarah after some googling and she had me bring the ring in to her. She assured me that there was probably no copper plating under the rhodium and it would be no problem for her to level the stone and tighten the prongs. Not only was she correct about the lack of copper in the plating that the other jeweler insisted was a problem, she also did an excellent job fixing my ring. The stone is now firmly in place, the prongs are smooth and do not snag on clothes, and she finished the work earlier than expected. I'm so thrilled to be able to wear this ring now, and I'm confident that she would do just as quality work on a very expensive piece. Sarah was phenomenal with both hand crafted custom rings and onsite appraisals. Her service was excellent too; she is an all around lovely person to work with.

My mom and I hired her to redesign my grandma's old gold pin into two beautiful custom rings. She was able to use all the gold and the gemstones from the old piece to create the new pair of rings. We were heavily involved in the process from consultation, design inspiration gathering, fitting, drafting, and tweaking of the designs. Sarah made sure at each stage that the designs were exactly how we envisioned. She has an excellent eye for how old pieces can be reimagined and was very good at understanding our personal styles and making them come to life. I could not be more pleased with both the rings and her service. The whole process only took a couple months and would have been faster if my mom and I were quicker decision makers. I already have other custom ideas in the works that I plan to hire Sarah for !

Sarah is also one of the only certified appraisers for jewelry in NH and my mother and I had her appraise a number of items. She let us observe her process and our jewelry was never sent away for long periods as Sarah did the assessment in her office on site. Sarah is surely one of the best jewelers in Concord and NH and more generally. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! I had been researching for months to find a highly qualified jewler to fix my grandmother's heirloom wedding set who would not send it out of shop to have it repaired. I had lost a diamond out of it and was terrified thinking about it going through the mail system and being passed through who knows how many people's hands. Sarah was not only very comforting about my sensitivity towards the ring but also reassured me she would be the only hands that would be touching my ring. She matched the diamond perfectly and reinforced the prongs on the rest of the diamonds so I would not have to go through losing any other stones. I will never go to any other jeweler as long as Sarah's doors are open. I can't praise her enough!!!! The customer pieces she makes herself are breathtaking!
