It is so unlike me to write a negative review. I like to support businesses especially when I receive good customer service which is not at all what I experienced at Valliani Jewelers. Do not be fooled by their high star rating as many of their ratings are from the employees, family and friends. You can see this by cross checking Facebook. My star rating would be 0 stars if I could have put it to write this review. I purchased a pair of diamond cross earrings from Valliani Jewelers which came with a warranty. A warranty that would only be good if you brought the earrings in every 3 months to be checked, which I did faithfully. I wore these earrings about 6 times and the last time I went to put them on the back of one of the earrings was so loose that I did not wear them and I took them in to the jewelers. The manager there told me that backs were not under warranty. First of all these are 1,100.00 earrings and the backs are plastic. Plastic backs? For a pair of diamond earrings selling for over 1 thousand dollars? We went back and forth over and over again as to why he wouldn’t replace the backs and why they were plastic. I ended up leaving in frustration to go home and find the Warranty that came with the earrings. If you shop here ask to see the warranty first. They word it very unclear in certain areas and I think if you were to read the warranty that would come with the jewelry you were going to purchase you may not purchase it. I returned again with the earrings and the warranty and read him the area in the warranty which should cover earring backs and he still refused to help me in any way no matter what I said. Now I had earrings without earring backs. Helzberg Diamonds has given me free Sterling Silver earring backs on numerous occasions so now I am able to wear my earrings again and they have the best and personal customer service. Also, I had another jeweler look closely at my cross earrings from Vallaini Jewelers and he said there was some glue in an area between the diamonds and it looked like a smaller stone was put in it at some point. Needless to say, I will never step foot in Valliani Jewelers again because of their poor and rude customer service and low quality jewelry with...

The worst experience ever! My husband bought 2 rings and a pair of earings “supposed to be diamonds”. They had to resize one of them and they offered us a certificate of authenticity too, we came back the next day to pick up the jewelry and the certificate but Sam the manager told us they couldn’t resize the ring and of course they didn’t have any certificate. When my husband asked for a refund Sam was very rude, he called me picky because I didn’t want to chose anything else indeed of we bought previously (they just offered us a exchange but not a refund), asking at other stores they said the price of everything should be no more than $1.800 because is bad quality. The original price of the rings and earrings were 10.000, 1.200 and the earrings 766, we bought them with discount (3.200) but they never specified anything in the receipt. So till now the manager of the store doesn’t show up to fix anything, the workers there have a harsh attitude and they refuse to give us the money...

Update: while Wilfred was very kind and helpful, I haven't seen him since. The staff that have been there have not been helpful. My husband needed his ring resized after losing some weight and when we got it back his ring had lost all the texture that was originally there which was the whole reason we bought it. After bringing it to their attention the woman said she couldn't help me and we'd have to buy a new ring. Ridiculous since it's their fault that the design had been altered in the resizing. We have spoken to multiple people since then and have not been able to receive any help. Very disappointing since we spend our money on something picked special. I would not trust them with...
