Purchased a (supposedly) solid stainless steel earring meant for upper cartilage. It was NOT the material it claimed to be. After a few months wear, my ear became horribly infected, resulting in a huge, throbbing, pus filles boil type thing that was so big and painful that I had to lance it to drain it. TWICE. After the first one started to sort of heal, I got another horrendous nasty painful blister. I finally decided to take out the jewelry from piercing Pagoda, only to find the post had turned green and shocking, as I pulled it out, the "metal" literally flaked and peeled off like potato skin. Stainless steel would never do that, literally not in a lifetime. Because I didn't have my receipt, they were not able to give me my money back so I accepted store credit. Like I'd want to buy anything from them anyway. I'm going to file a formal complaint to the company because my infections were dangerous. Absolutely livid. Do not shop here!! You've been warned. I don't want anyone else to get the horrible...

Terrible experience!

I took my 4-month-old baby to get her ears pierced yesterday. The service seemed fine, although I noticed the girl taking too long to remove the earring gun. Clearly, something went wrong because when my baby woke up today, she didn't have either earring - none! Both were placed incorrectly. Aside from the time it took to find them, we took the risk of putting them back ourselves since I wouldn't trust others anymore. It was very difficult; my baby cried like never before as it's not easy to find the spot where the stick comes...
