Artesanal Grill — Restaurant in Concord

This place is a joke. The food is ok. But the owner is so stingy. I asked for and paid $1.50 for extra cheese on my super burrito. I also left a 20% tip on my order which was almost an extra $4. And she barely put any cheese on it. I asked her if I could have some more cheese. And she said that was extra cheese and closed the burrito while giving me attitude about it. I was watching her make orders and the person before me got the same burrito, but without extra cheese. And it was the same amount of cheese. So clearly it was not extra. When she closed it. She just walked away and had her employee give me the food. I will never be eating at this place again. The owner disgraces the business. I wish I went somewhere else. Waste of $22 for a burrito with extra cheese and a tip....

I enjoy the food, but the service is frustrating at times. Ordered one pupusa and waited 22 minutes as I watched people who ordered after me get their orders. I was number 70 and didn' t get my order till after they served order 75 ( who also ordered a pupusa). I had asked 10 minutes in and they said it would be a moment. We catered fajitas, rice, and beans from this Mexican restaurant for a recent event, and everything was fantastic! The portions were generous plenty for everyone with leftovers to spare.
