Absolute awful experience in the Sunvalley store. The staff were friendly but upper management like the district manager and store manager had awful service. The store manager never cared about customers until they were at the register ready to spend money and constantly pressured customers to sign on to their loyalty program scam, which if you use often enough to where you actually save money they claim you're stealing from them and shut your whole account down. This legitimately happened to a friend of mine, don't sign on to it, it's a complete and total scam. The district manager has no sense whatsoever, heard tell from their sister store (Hot Topic) that they got the job through favoritism. No surprise there as she seems to only hire managers who are incompetent like she is and pass over the hard working staff that have been there for years actually helping out the customers. That staff has transitioned, that out of that terrible situation but who knows what kind of tomfoolery continues there. Don't bother going on and wasting your time, on top of their terrible upper management the quality of their products are complete garbage compared to their highway...

First inquiry after around 10 days to customer service said it takes 14 business days. A few days later, I called the store and was told my order not yet received and told it could take at least 14 days.
About a week later on 12/12, still no email so contacted customer service again and told order arrived at the store on 11/21. Went to the store that day. Some girl sitting on the floor behind the counter on her phone, who turned out to be an employee, perhaps the supervisor that dayâvery unprofessional. My package was no longer there...it was sent back as abandoned. What?! By this time, the items I ordered were sold out.
It then took another 2 calls to customer service and 2 weeks for box lunch to finally process my refund. Reps were nice enough, but...

The message said wait 5-8 business days for the store to receive the item and I will receive an email when it's ready for pickup. I called the store on the ninth day to check the status. Voicemail. No reply. I called the customer service number that was provided on the reciept, again just to check on the status of the package. The line I kept getting was "It will arrive between 5-8 business day." Tried to explain it was the ninth day. Got fed the same line.
My takeaway: No wonder Amazon is making cash rain. Stores like BoxLunch don't know how to provide...
