Burlington — Local services in Conroe

This is the worst managed and rudest store I have ever been in. The people and I have nothing against young people but they were all smart mouths.

Only one girl was dressed respectfully and not showing everything. There were two in crop tops and beyond jegging tight. Two looked like they walked straight out of a hot topic or Spencer’s (all goth and emo) then a blue haired manager with facial piercings and looking dirty.

This store was packed today with people buying for back to school as I was.

They closed the dressing rooms all of them. For the girl to go to lunch instead of having someone cover for her.

Slightly agitating and I wasn’t the only one.

I asked ( the theft prevention GIRL no more than 20 at most barely 5 foot tall) how long would it be before she ( the dressing attendant) came back as there were several people waiting and trying on clothes over their own clothes. She said she didn’t know. I asked if she could ask the manager on her ear thing please. She did and the Blue haired punkish 20 something smart mouthy replied “WHEN SHE IS DONE, THEY CAN WAIT”.

Then the (girl doing the theft prevention) said it shouldn’t be but a few minutes. Then she comes over about ten minutes later and tells us, she was back and opened the dressing rooms in the back. So we trudge back there again and wait in an ever growing line.

Got my niece trying on her clothes. Went to check out and there is at least 30 families waiting in line and 3 register open. Finally a 4th came.

I asked our checker who the manager was. She quietly whispered “the one with the blue hair and nose ring”.

I looked up and decided she wasn’t worth me trying to explain my agitation.

I would give this a negative star if it let me. So I am posting here and then reaching out to corporate offices.

The level of rudeness and disrespect...

Alex or Alec, whatever the heck her name is, is THE WORST thing that could have stepped foot in this store! Terrible representation of the company and HATES HER JOB! Very stale personality and EXTREMELY rude to the customers! TWO (2) employees had to stop what they were doing to search for her all over the store to ask for permissions to give a discount. Line ended up getting backed up. After 6 minutes they finally found her and she SLOWLY and non-urgently walked up to the counter and the cashier asked her if she would give me a discount because of the bad beat up product. She SO RUDELY said no and WALKED AWAY! SAY WHAT?!? WHERE THEY DO THAT AT?!? What kind of customer service is this chick providing?!? Kept mumbling under her breath mad after! Must of been upset because the cashier's "Interrupted" her from sitting on her BEHIND in the back! So miss smart mouth Alex or Alec, YOU NEED A NEW JOB IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE PAYING CUSTOMERS WITH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO YOU DON'T BELONG THERE, AND YOU ARE NOT OF STANDARD FOR SUCH POSITION. GO LIVE UNDER THE ROCK YOU CAME FROM UP UNDER, DISRESPECTFULLY!

To the sweet, patient cashier who rung me up and apologized for the actions of this MISERABLE BEING. You did amazing, it was not your fault, and YOU are the only reason I gave this review a 2...

I would like to give them a 0!!! Almost every time I go here it’s a problem. Well today I purchased work clothes, bras, bikinis, dog pillows, etc. PAID for my items and realized I had wrong size in bikinis. Went to get correct size not gone even 5 minutes and the cashier had given my items to another customer! Then they just made me take a refund, so I said this is customer service and don’t have anymore of them items back there in my size. I just grabbed the ones in my size!!! Guess what nobody seen anything wrong with it( cashiers) laughing and talking about it. Manager didn’t do anything but keep hanging up stuff, so I asked her how that happened and it look like the customer in front of me had my items. So I asked cashier to stop them and check please not at all didn’t attempt. Manager told me mistakes happen she’s sorry. Will be calling Corporate and talking with them. Got employees name and my original receipt then the one with the refunded items. Also manager said is there anymore of those items back there no ma’am! I just got all the wireless bras in my size and the scrubs for work she said well there is nothing I can do!!! I am very HEATED!!! Will find me another one to shop at for...
