Five Below — Local services in Conroe

I had a delightful time shopping with my adult children today. I understand retail theft is a real problem at this time of year. I was not okay with being assisted without asking and made it more of a hassle to divide the basket into three piles that it had to be. I wasn't going to argue the associate was doing her job, after all she greated us at the door and kept an eye on us around the store. No biggie. It is her job. I was the first to check out. Rather than asking me for how satisfied I was with the service she assumed and hit 10 rather than skip. She did that on all 3 orders. I will go to another location in the future that values the honesty of their employees. This is poor management, not 5 Below's fault...

I love this 5 Below in Conroe, TX. Not because it’s new, but because of it’s good variety of merchandise. This store usually has outstanding customer service; however when I was there Tuesday August 10, 2021 I was very disappointed because I was unable to get assistance getting an item from the top shelf. I love that I can get items with half-decent quality here in a crunch when I don't have a lot of money. For example: I had some nice, expensive noise cancelling headphones stolen, then shortly afterward had my average quality headphones stolen, and I said to myself, "For the time I being, I'm not going to spend a couple hundred dollars on some headphones.
