addendum to previous review. The entire issue is they ((the two baristas, oh and another got rude yesterday and brought up the ugly situation that the other two created a week and a half ago, trying to tell me if I wanted extra oatmilk that I had to pay for a latte.. smh)) the baristas want me to pay more money for $2 price difference for 2oz extra oatmilk. ((Which Starbucks doesn’t charge for extra milk anymore, and when they did, I would pay the .90 cents extra and the barista still would short me, then have an attitude when I asked for more or for my drink fixed🙄)) Ok. So I paid for a “latte”, which is not what I order, one day last week, just to see if they would put the extra oatmilk. They didn’t!! They actually put less than regular 4oz!!! My drink is $5.14. I paid $7.15 for a “latte” the classification to have the drink actually be full and go to the top ((the amount of milk I need to cut the acid in the coffee so my acid reflux ridden stomach can tolerate coffee)), and they STILL shorted the oatmilk smh To those naysayers commenting, it’s never a matter of not getting what I want lol 🤣 it’s a matter of customer service! You don’t tell a customer what they “have to order and pay for” and refuse to ring them up if they don’t order what you, as a worker, are saying the customer has to order.🙄 But simple solution,🫶 I now just order my drink as I usually do, which is not a menu drink, it is my own creation, and I just bring my own oatmilk from home to make sure it is enough so I can drink my coffee how I like and how I am able to tolerate the acid of the coffee.. Going to other locations are too far out of my way so I will still come to this location. And not all of the employees are like this most of them are super sweet.. but Still I shouldn’t have to bring my own anything to add to anything when I’m paying for my drink and Starbucks kind of motto is the customer right to have their drink made right to their satisfaction per the customer service agent I spoke to recently, but it’s all okay. Problem solved as far as my drink goes but the rudeness hasn’t changed from the...
Read moreI posted an order via app at 8:06am for two frappes and two cake pops. Let me start by saying the barista with the light colored streaks in her hair, working the window, is so nice & professional. She immediately apologized for the wait at the window as she did at the order menu too. I could see they were busy so it was no bother to me nor did I mind the wait. What did I mind though? The half size Miss Trunchbull woman, who I assume is a manager of some sort, since I didn’t see her doing anything other than trying to critique the two baristas working on my order. Telling them that I ordered a breakfast sandwich and not a frappe? The barista with the light colored streaks corrected her and said I was waiting for a frappe. That lady then came and asked my name, to which I answered, Sierra. I heard something about Sarah and Sierra, so Miss Trunchbull probably can’t read any further than she could run, is all I can assume. I then went to say that I ordered two cake pops and two frappes, I’m just waiting on one frappe. Even after saying this, that woman continued to grill the two baristas, for what?! HER OWN incompetence. The barista with the light colored streaks came to me to make sure I did not order a breakfast sandwich, since at this point she is confused all thanks to that woman adding stress to an already stressful work environment. I assured her I did not order a breakfast sandwich, I’m just waiting on my other frappe. I received my frappe from the other nice barista working on my order, she apologized as well, but she didn’t have anything to apologize for. The one I should’ve received an apology from never even bothered to present herself to the window, but will surely present herself to hold up my order while attempting to correct two baristas when there was nothing to be corrected. All in all, 5 stars to those two lovely baristas as well as 5 stars to the frappes they made for my son and I🖤 As for the piss poor micromanagement? Not even a f*ckin...
Read moreFormer Daily customer here. I’ve come to this Starbucks for years, and they have some good people. The problem is that the drinks are TOTALLY inconsistent (as other customers have mentioned). I have one drink that I order and it varies widely every time I order it (this is probably due in part to the seasonal roast, and also due to who makes the drink, how many pumps of vanilla they do, or fail to do, and how the blend of sweet cream is that day). But it is anything but consistent, tasting different day to day. I’ve tolerated it fine and kindly because they have always been willing to add what I need. Until today. Some extremely rude barista told me that they were going to CHARGE me for adding vanilla or sweet cream. Like, if the drink was made with anything approaching consistency, it wouldn’t be an issue, Ma’am. But it’s different every day! Sorry I want my coffee a certain way? I guess I should just get used to the 92,000 variations I might receive and pay you for it? No. Done with them. Not interested in any attitude because their blends vary, not my preference. Harper’s Trace, 242, 105, and North Loop Starbies do better and are kind to their customers, and former employees told me the South 336 location is...
