We have been coming here since they opened. We are enduring a tradagy right now and this was our go to place for comfort food and being together as a family. Service has always been great with wide grins and genuine eagerness to host their tables.

I took one look at the "lunch menu" and was super shocked by the triple price hike from when they first opened. Price per person for the inhouse Koren BBW is between 35 to 55. Later out waitress explained that was made in house.

I happened to notice as our drinks were brought the dessert menu. None of it is a Koren menu. There are French, Japanese, and Italian desserts list complete with ones are frozen.

We ordered the Takoyaki, seafood ramen, and I decided to be adventurous with their take on Dandan Noodle.

The octopus in the Takoyaki was tough and chewy. My noodles were not a party in my mouth. I was rather disappointed that there was no cohesion to the dish. I know that they have pickled cucumbers (YUM!) and actually expected them in the fish dish the classic dish used fermented or pickled veggies. The carrots were off putting in that they were ice cold and not tossed with the noodles and cucumbers to heat them through. The Raman egg was cooked perfectly although ice cold. I was surprised they didn't gently warm it. The spice was spot on as were the noodle's doneness.

The seafood Raman's shrimp has absolutely no flavor on its own. It was super bland. I'm a little confused as to why it would be skewered and boiled in water as if a garnish, per our waitres (super sweetheart!) rather than have to hot broth poured over it with a quick simmer since they cook so quickly.

I really love the honesty of the staff because I said I love be the Takoyaki and she turned bright red and said those come in frozen. She explained step by step the things my son and I pointed out. She did not hold back. She asked us for an honest opinion and we highlighted the good and the bad. She ing turned explained the reasoning behind the bad and confessed what was frozen.

I love people in hospitality that do not hold back and do not lie to patrons when they ordering frozen food. Takoyaki is an art to make and we were disheartened to hear. I love their pickled cucumbers and Kimchi. However, I doubt if it is made in house now.

Today was such a let down. Fish cake, yes I expect that to be brought in because of how it is made.

My kids will tell you they have to beat boba teas in Montgomery County.

Oh, it is very dark in the restaurant which makes for a great romantic setting. However, you need a flashlight to...

Tl:Dr - Very comfy, modern vibe. Excellent food, staff, and management. I will return!

Immediately my party of three was greeted by who I believe to be the owner of The Noodle. (Please forgive me, I didn't catch your name that night). We were promptly led to seating of our choice where she explained their drink menu and some special cocktails they were offering. I was sold, but I am a sucker for good service.

Our waitress introduced herself shortly after the owner left us, who wished us a good meal, and took down our drinks.

My party and I browsed their cocktails and the menu, which is very well designed and informative of exactly what it is you're looking at; a very good thing if you might be experiencing this cuisine for the first time.

Our waitress returned, effortlessly answered some questions for us about the menu, took down our ap order and was on her way while we continued to peruse the menu.

As we chose our mains, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The music choice was a bit odd in hindsight, I would have expected something a bit more refined instead of pop music, but this didn't bother me in the moment. Besides that, the interior is well lit with warm light, there wasn't much noise among the other diners, and the bar was very well put together and elegant.

The owner was very mindful of their guests, ensuring each table was well taken care of. It's no suprise that this spot has been around for almost two years strong now. The staff and management are extremely thorough, thoughtful, and attentive.

Over all, I regret not going here sooner. If you need a noodle fix, or just want a great vibe and even better Korean style food, look no further than The Noodle.

Tip:

If you order the Dan Dan noodles, gets some katsu to go with it, as per our waitresses recommendation, which was absolutely the right call. Also, they have the best shrimp tempura in the Conroe/Woodlands area, maybe even the greater...

I would love to have left a five star review, but the service completely ruined my experience. We came in around noon on July 7 and were seated by the very friendly hostess who had been working that day. I wish our server had been half as kind. To the woman in the braided ponytail who served us this day—Despite your frequent visits to the table, our waters were not refilled once—but I could excuse it if you had not only come to our table only when my fianceé I was dining with had been very visibly upset and welling up in tears. It was obviously purposeful that you did this only while she was upset. I am sure that you had come up with your own reasons for why our conversation seemed so emotional, but the truth is that she had just suffered a tremendous loss and was trying to get something on her stomach in spite of her grieving. We were quiet, and not bothering anyone, yet you still chose to bring us the bill while our bowls were still full and while we were engaged in conversation. While we had food in our mouths, you returned to ask if we had put our card in the bill or not. We had not, and when you returned to the bar to gossip with another server and who I assume was the bartender, we watched as you made faces at us and stared at our table jeeringly. You were certainly not subtle in your mockery of us or our situation, but I don’t believe you intended to be subtle at all. The service we received from you was wholly unacceptable and we had been nothing but pleasant and graceful with you, despite the abhorrent service we received. I am very disappointed. This is a great shame considering the food was phenomenal and the restaurant was a very pleasant environment. I’m going to be leaving a call to inform your manager both about the poor service and delightful meal. The Gai Fan we both had...

My family and I have been eagerly waiting to try this location ever since it was announced, and we were really excited to see what it had to offer. However, while the concept is unique to our area and has potential, it doesn't feel complete. Despite being called a Korean BBQ, the menu lacked some staple dishes that one would typically associate with it, such as hotpot or grilled meat at your table. Also, there weren't many options priced under $10.00, other than a la carte side dishes for the noodle bowls. You can expect to spend at least $15-$26 per dish. The flavor of the food was admittedly lacking. The best tasting parts of our meal was the taro milk tea and the appetizer dumplings, whereas the noodle dishes didn't really impress. For example, I ordered the spicy miso ramen, but it lacked distinct flavor and just had bland heat to the broth. Our server was nice but didn't seem to know much about the menu, and some items were also unavailable. Additionally, we had ordered a dirty milk tea early on that was forgotten and rushed out towards the end, and it didn't taste good because it was rushed out with basic green tea on top. However, this wasn't our server's fault as she didn't make it. Overall, I think this place has the potential to be great with some fine-tuning in execution. It has a great atmosphere, an adorable serving robot, and some awesome concepts, but there is room for improvement. If you're not sure on the dishes or the drinks, maybe start out with a smaller menu that way your staff nor your customers get confused :) Best wishes! ok, i'm korean and i've been spoiled to have spent most of my food appreciating life surrounded by excellent food. Coming to Texas was a knife to the heart in regards to food prepared especially well... i get cravings for Korean food and have been looking for somewhere in Texas to scratch that itch. From Austin to College Station to Houston... i haven't found anything remotely close to satisfying my primal cravings... until now! The Kalbi was so tender and delicious... and idk what happened between the shavings of chocolate in my chocolatini and the Kalbi... but... hold up wait a minute!!!!!!!!! This was an accidental new found food combination that set me off like a good swiss fondue paired with the perfect wine setting off the flavors like that scene in Ratatouille..... SERIOUSLY!!! Try the chocolatini with the Kalbi and after chewing on a few shavings with the chocolate stuck on the nooks of your teeth, take a raw bite of Kalbi without the lettuce, without the rice, without the sauce... NEKED!!!! Then close your eyes, and savor this amazing food combination dancing in your mouth! i will DEFINITELY be back for the Kalbi and hopefully my Niece or someone else will come so i have an excuse to try the Bulgogi also... but i won't back down from trying the Bulgogi and getting the Kalbi again next time even if nobody joins me! the service was fun, warm and very personable. they seemed happy to present these amazing things before me and didn't rush away when we chatted 🙂 Please go and blow this place up! Make it hard for me to get in next time! they surely deserve it!
