UPDATED: I am so grateful I reviewed this location because I promise since I have left this review I have felt nothing but love and appreciation as an ethnic person for my time and business the past 6 months. I have sent 3 of my clients in over the past few months and have taken note of their experience. I am pleased to announce it has been positive feedback. They were able to purchase the recommendations I made with assistance from the floor associates, Additionally, they were checked out with sincerity at the register. The only comment I would like to make is the the GRANARY does not accept Amex.
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR MAKING THE CHANGES NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN MY BUSINESS AND THE BUSINESS OF MY CLIENTS! There's no point of being in business if you don't make your customer's experience a priority.
I used to love shopping here and sending my clients, but the store's energy and atmosphere has changed. So much so, the don't even allow their customers to use the restroom in the store. The store has good products but not at the savings expected. You can find many of the same products in conventional grocery stores at the same price, if not lower.
Most noteworthy, they are prejudice, especially the older white lady with grey hair and the heavy-set white male. It seems only Christian Whites are welcomed to freely shop around, be greeted with a smile, and experience a friendly checkout. If you are an ethnic person with good values and morals take your money to a place where love and positivity is exchanged for your business... where your business is appreciated AND welcomed. However, I would like to thank the young lady with the long black hair for always being happy and offering a helping hand to customers. They need more of you!
As a local nutritionist I will no longer be recommending my clients to this store. I also owe an apology to all of my clients who had a negative experience at this location.
Thank you for taking the time to read my review of...
Read moreI have been a customer since they moved to this location. This place is great for healthy, organic, and natural products at an affordable price! Also, they will order a products for you if it isn't available in store or as a specialty product.
However, customer service has declined. My last few experiences with staff members have not been pleasing. Today, I greeted one of the older gentlemen that work there and he thought so little of himself he didn't even turn his head to make eye contact with me to reply. He has become very rude and disgruntled. Also, I've noticed only select customers are greeted and assisted with a smile. This has made my shopping experience slightly uncomfortable. I used to recommend all of my clients and family to the Granary, but I can no longer say with confidence their business will be welcomed wholeheartedly. It's heartbreaking to watch the decline of what used to be an amazing experience for my family and clients. I hope to see improvement in customer service in the future, or at the minimum a smile. I have faith in the Granary because they are trying to do the right thing for the community/people/ public in an industry that can be very challenging with all the major grocery store chains. In the end, I am VERY grateful for the...
Read moreIt's been a chore to order from Amazon lately and actually get the product. So when I needed something today, I searched Google to see if I could order from another company. But hat's when I stumbled upon the Granary!
I called to see if they had it in stock, and they checked the rack and price. The price was so low I figured she was mistaken, but I needed it, so I drove over.
I was greeted at the door and asked if they could help, and then she walked me to the product. I was shocked to see the price... it was so low I picked up an extra. And it looks like a great place for all sorts of healthy products, vitamins, gluten free baking supplies and boxes products. Freezers with ice creams, treats and meats including venison, Buffalo, grass feed meats, etc.
Don't know what's wrong with Amazon lately... but thanks to their repeated failures, I found a much better option. The Granary not only saved me $, but now I can pick up all my health needs in one one-stop without dealing...
