CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Conroe

When my phone took an unfortunate crash against the corner of a hard surface, part of the screen decided to take a vacation and leave my chronic ill self with a semi working phone. Not good when my phone is practically my life alert, so I went to Google to find a cell phone doctor and that's when I found this awesome place. Matt was wonderful in reassuring me that the only thing needing to be fixed was the screen, and let me know that although they had a screen it would be black instead of white. Which I didn't mind because the case would cover that, and all I cared about was having a screen that worked. Matt was clear in telling me how much the new screen would be upfront, instead of other shops that tell you after the repair is done. He let me know the phone would be fixed in an hour, and right around an hour I got a call on my Galaxy Watch telling me my phone was ready to be picked up. That my phone would be resting in a safe until I got there, and when I did Matt said that he and another coworker were talking about how cool my phone looked now. Because the back is white, but the new screen sides were black. We all laughed when I said, "well my Jeep is black and white, so now I have a phone that matches". As I left Matt reminded me that they take care of laptops, tablets, etc. I told him that I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I need a piece of tech repaired. Overall a split experience. The guys in the shop were friendly and helpful when I brought my phone in to get the broken screen fixed after it was just not working anymore. They replaced the screen and I was on my way. Def a bit pricier than where I’ve been before. The next day the screen stopped working in an entire section of the screen. I took it back and the guys replaced the screen under warranty which was helpful. Again though, the new screen has been really buggy and not as receptive to touch anymore, having to be turned off and on again to work. Just overall not the best experience in my case which is hopefully the exception and not the rule.

Update: The guys at CPR got back to me regarding the issues with my screen and helped out with it and said they are going to work out getting a different supply of screen since the batch from their suppliers seems to be just rough. Overall am pleased with my...

Hands down the most amazing experience! My son’s phone has been crushed and we were trying to do the insurance claim to replace his phone. Verizon (Huntsville and Montgomery) were terrible help and lacked any support. We couldn’t get to the prompt we needed to turn off his “find my” on his iPhone or through apple website as it needed to send verification to his phone. We went to Batteries plus and the guys there didn’t have the screen and referred us to CPR. I called and Nick was AMAZING!!!! We drove there and he did more than help but saved us so much money!!!
