Never again! See below for pictures! Don't go with them for security camera installations. They promise good quality 1080p cameras at a cost of $200 per camera but they get the equipment from avtronix for $29.99 for regular 1080P and $49.99 for varifocal. They attempt to charge roughly $4,500 just for materials that cost them $1,200 and then try to charge another $1,500 for labor Everything is generic and if you want extra monitors they will get the cheapest Insignia 720p monotors (720p for the 1080p camera system...)for $119 at best buy. The upcharge is 400%+ on materials. They might drop and mount a broken monitor too! Not to mention the exposed wiring. The cheap cameras they buy break really easily too. Multiple cameras may go down during install. John the main guy running the camera install won't even show up for the estimate or even day one of the job. John will show up a week late to a proposed 2 day job because he's to busy working on the BMW he just bought from screwing other people. John and Earle are pieces of garbage and run a bad operation. I love supporting mom and pop style small businesses but this is one to steer clear of. Don't get screwed by these guys! Also FYI the same cameras they use can be found rebranded on Amazon under CIB Security and at walmart as Dripstone.
Edit: This is not an attempt to "slander" a company, this is an attept to prevent others from being screwed by your shotty work.. The contrator onsite attempted to get you onsite everyday and you were too busy doing other jobs ALL WEEK long to help on the TWO DAY JOB. I've got the phone calls stating the quality of the products I was supposed to recieve as well as the reciepts from the products...

I spilled a beverage on my laptop keyboard, killing the keyboard. I had another company out of state, install a new one, but it died within two weeks. I met with John at Texas Technology, and he instantly removed my keyboard, in front of me, revealing that that "new" keyboard was not new. I left the computer with John to install another used keyboard, for half of what I had paid the out of state company. John installed a used keyboard, which I paid him to do, and then he cleaned up some software issues on his own initiative, at no charge. John then took the time to deliver my computer to me two days later-- great service at a great price! The used keyboard proved to be unsatisfactory as well, but John stood behind his work! John ordered a new one and installed it, with no additional charge for service or labor, and I was up and running just two business days later -- again, great and fast service at a great price! My computer has operated trouble...
Read moreI brought an older iPad in with terrible ghosting, the home button stopped responding, & overall issues with slow running. They diagnosed the problem as bad touch screen & loose/missing screws inside from a prior replacement of cracked screen from service at a mall vendor. Texas Technology replaced the screen & dealt with the internal issues thoroughly, & also the home button was restored to its original like-new operation. I got a phone call from their Tech to review what he found, he reviewed cost to repair w/ parts included, & provided an opportunity to address any questions we had before closing the work order. Now the 4 year old iPad again operates as good as new & as good as the new backup 2017 iPad that I purchased thinking the old one might not be reliable. Job well done, thanks...
