For the sake of time, energy and effort, I'm only going to focus on the most recent visit that we encountered at this location. This place is in the family gone downhill over the last few years as every time we have gone has been a worse experience then the one before.
Upon arriving to the restaurant there was only one employee to be found who was sitting and eating what appeared to be her dinner. She did not greet us upon us entering the location and we had to wait several minutes before she got up and assisted us. After a few minutes some more customers walked in and two more employees came out from the back. The employee that was assisting us asked for assistance from the other employee who immediately started working on the customers who walked in instead of putting veggies on our sandwiches. The second employee did not seem to understand how the order of making the sandwiches went i.e. you complete one customer's order before assisting the next. This resulted in him skipping putting vegetables on our sandwiches first. The next negative thing was watching this person fold our sandwich. Not only did they not care about presentation. Whenever we asked for napkins the scrunched up a bunch of napkins and threw them on the counter and I was assuming they were going to clean up a mess because of how clumped up they were. When I asked for some napkins for our sandwiches, the employee simply looked at the napkins and gestured to take them. Disappeared to be very unhygienic considering that the were not taken out of a clean container. Later while we stayed in the restaurant eating our sandwiches, two women and a child came into the restaurant and immediately went back behind the counter. They did not follow any hygiene protocols did not wash hands before touching food and equipment. I assume that they were both Friends or family of the current employees? Or possibly a manager because they were very loud and obnoxious while in the restaurant. Attach her some pictures and we will not ever be going back to the location whenever I mention these concerns below was a response that I got. A generic pre-made email that did not even address my concerns.

I had to tell her what meats went into my Italian b.m.t. asked what was different between the spicy Italian b.m.t. and the regular one and she had no clue. Just kinda stared at the menu. No sense to get my question answered. So I just said forget it. She did ask the manager for something at one point, think it was how to make my sandwich. Lady just barked something at her and it was clear she didn't hear her. That's when I just told her what went in it. Got to the register and she didn't know how to work it. Had to wait another 5 minutes for her manager to make the sandwiches for the people behind me till she asked what was wrong....idk food was good but I went there bc I thought it was gonna be quick. This was not the case. Spent over half my lunch break just waiting... lucky I was hungry and ate that...
Read moreDid an Delivery Order today for a Meatball Marina and an Spicy Italian. We got the order but the whole order was wrong!!!!!!. I called the store and no one picked up. I called for 15 mins then gave up and went to the store. When I got there the employee had earphones in and playing on their phone. Store was completely empty. So I called to make sure there wasn't a rush when I was calling. The employee ignored the phone and just let it ring!!!!! I told the employee I got the wrong order. That's when the employee says they are out of meatballs and didn't give an excuse for the ST. just looked at me like I was the issue even though I never received a call telling me they couldn't complete the order and give me an option to cancel. You can't make up your own order just to rip off your customer!! The employee was totally disrespectful and rude. There's too many Subways for this franchise on 366 to lose any.
