Inventory at CVS in No Conway feeling cluttered with their own label items. I.E. the Neutrogena I use us niw in the third shelf down, and the Beauty 360 filling the upper shelves. AND the neutrogena I use is now $40!!!! No more Hallmark cards in the packs of 6, no Thanksgiving card for Son and Daughter-in-law.....To top it all off, when I went to the register actually rung by a staffer, not a check yourself out station, which I refuse to use, I don't like to take away jobs...... anyway, the young lady told me I had ro renew my Extracare by paying a fee of $48! I don't ever remember having to pay for this benefit.......I feel strongly that CVS should mail a letter to all members of the program advising that we now have to pay. Next weekly trip to downtown I will be going across the street to Walgreen's to see if they have such a program and also to compare the prices and availability of the products I use. I hope this can be resolved b/c I shop there mainly b/c of one of the staffers who has been there for decades, her name is Sherry, and believe me the place would fall apart without her. Have a question? Ask Sherry for the correct answer. Some of the younger so-called managers just don't have her knowledge-or ENERGY!!!! Some mornings , before the pharmacy opens, she's there alone and is stocking shelves, pushing a cart with heavy boxes, all the while running to answer the phone, run the register, help with photographs and God knows what else. If they could clone her, they'd be in great shape! She should be the Employee of the year. I always go to CVS while traveling and never had the customer service that Sherry offers. Maybe the brains in the corporate offices ought to go out and try to work at a CVS for just one day. Obviously they don't know their customers' needs.
Not sure this is going to post, maybe I'm too negative-for the first time in over 40 years of patronizing CVS....the "post" button isn't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst CVS ever. The guy with the long hair in the pharmacy was so beyond rude. We were on a weekend trip to NH and one of my 18 month old twins needed eye drops refilled. Our on call pediatrician called it in to the pharmacy overnight. We called CVS when they opened to make sure it was all set and drove almost an hour from our resort to pick it up. Of course, it wasnāt ready and we were told it was also after confirming a second time with the pediatrician on the way there. This employee was so rude and condescending. He said they didnāt have it and then said it was already filled at another pharmacy (Stop & Shop at home which is our regular pharmacy). I explained it was a new urgent RX and if insurance was an issue, I would just pay cash. He snapped back āMAāAM THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID!ā. I repeated what I thought I heard and replied rudely āMAāAM Iām not arguing with you.ā I was just trying to understand what was going on and whether or not they had the RX and if we could get it. This was so unprofessional and seems as if he was prepared to make an issue from the start. He then said it would be fine to pay out of pocket and weād have to wait at least 20 more minutes. We left without the RX. I will never have anything filled at CVS ever again, emergency...

When I arrived at the pharmacy I was told that one was ready and they were working on the other and it would be ready in 5 or 10 minutes. I was fine with that. When I arrived at the counter 15 minutes later a tech began to ring me up. When I asked if there were two prescriptions in the bag she didnāt answer me so I asked again. She told me no, the other one was out stock and had no idea when they would get it, if ever. The pharmacist, overhearing this, said they had a similar OTC med so I opted for that. He told me where to find it which was located at the end of the aisle right by the pharmacy. I rushed over, but when I told the tech I couldnāt find it, she held up her arms in exasperation. She went to the aisle and yelled āHere it is! Do you want this size, or this size or this size as she held each bottle straight in the air. I asked for the smallest and when I looked at bottle, the ingredient I needed was in very small print beneath the generic name. It was humiliating. I have been a CVS customer for over thirty, but am currently looking for a ākinder ā pharmacy. Iām not trying to be a Karen, but a little decency...
