I hate leaving negative reviews, but sometimes its a must. This review was going to be a one star, but ERIC, a manager made a halfway decent attempt at correcting the issue, so its turned it into a 2 star.

Making a long story shorter, I Ordered a huge family meal online, through the app at 2213 hours for $24 and change. Upon my wife arriving, she was met by a rude (medicated looking) individual named BAMBI...who declared they closed early and she couldn't help. My wife explained that we paid already via credit card, and the order had shown it was completed. She disregarded that and said she couldn't help. I called and spoke to her, unfortunately, she said id have to file a FRAUD claim to get my money back. I tried to reason with her and received nothing but loutish responses. After getting zero relief from her, I called my bank and they said to try and work it out with BK because I'd have to go intp a branch and actually sign a fraudulent claim. I decided to call back and try her again, THANKFULLY ERIC answered and immediately rectified the situation as any decent manager should. At first, he was a gentleman, apologetic, and accommodating. He told me I could come right in and get the food. I told him everything that was in the order and he said no problem. I only wish I would have gone, and not sent my wife. Upon arrival, she was met by ERIC, who then told her he could only give her half of what he said, due to the INCOMPETENT manager BAMBI having issue with this. At this point my wife has driven down twice, wasted gas, to only get half of what we paid for.
As a first responder and someone who would lay their life down to save or help my fellow man/woman, im disgusted with the way the situation was handled. Furthermore, the way my wife was treated is unacceptable and unreasonable. You dont treat anyone with an adversarial approach, especially if your a supposed leader in customer service. She needs to be releived of her management position and should take a lesson on how to speak to people with class and decentcy. Eric, I truly appreciate your efforts, however, when you tell a customer the food will be waiting for you and its all set, and then to be met with half of that, is simply unacceptable.
Id be remiss if I didnt contact the district manager regarding this. I dont want anyone having to deal with this craziness. I will be back with a full update.

Read morePlaced an app order. When I arrived the store was very understaffed. This is understandable, it happens. When is much less acceptable is the lady working up front spending more time complaining to the lady in grill. Employees had no remorse at all for the very extended wait times. Taunting customers in drive through saying if you want your food faster you can come inside and apply. In regards to the woman working the front counter this is her normal every day behavior/attitude regardless of how well staffed the store is. She is always there to bring that negative energy. She could accomplish a lot more work if she would stop complaining and harassing paying customers. In the end I had to leave without my food. Since my lunch break was over. Read moreBurger King sucks. Stay away from this place. Went in there today (Saturday July 22, 2023) and they have the most rude J1 students working there that they've ever had. They don't say a single word to you, no smile, no nothing. They just rudely give you your order like you're bothering them. Which I guess in a way we are, since I saw at least 3 of them standing around playing on their phones ignoring customers. If you don't want to do what you've been hired here to do, then stay home and work a job there and we'll do the job here for you. BK used to have a nice and friendly staff, but not anymore.
