I have never been to such a great well priced store with the best alterations ever. My daughter is having her first prom this year as well as a winter formal so we definitely needed some dresses and they have everything from formal dresses to prom dresses to wedding dresses and prices are beyond reasonable and Charlene made my daughter feel very special she was very attentive and listened to my daughter about everything and made my daughter feel special for her important day. My daughter told her what she was looking for and instead of the other stores that have bad customer service and I mean awful more of a fend for yourself type of service Charlene had several dresses picked out based on what my daughter wanted and treated her like Golf I know if I ever get married I will definitely be going to this store and any future events my daughter has she’s our first stop I would rate her 1,000 if Google would let me but she makes brides and girls going to prom feel like they are her only customer and truly makes them feel special for their day. Personally I have never seen such great customer service and she also keeps her stock up to date with what the new fashion trends are and she truly is a secret store in Conway but the prices are beyond reasonable and I can’t say enough good stuff about Charlene and her store because truly she makes everyone feel important and when she is sizing dresses to alter them she really listens to the areas that my daughter wanted covered or fixed but I know she made my daughter feel like a princess and I will never ever go anywhere else for any formal dress in the future as all the stores around her have the fend for yourself attitude and she really is the Diamond store for dresses and Conway’s little secret but again the prices were amazing in comparison to the rude places that didn’t even have half the quality or service that she does A+++ will definitely be coming back and sending people your way THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTERS DAYS (winter formal and prom) will definitely be coming...

So I cannot begin to describe my experience with Charlene at Fair fashion if I could give her a thousand stars I would .. I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress went to the shop up the street which was extremely expensive.. went to Fair fashion I picked out dresses Charlene picked out dresses she was totally honest with me on what looked good and explained why... She did not try to upsell me actually the dress we picked was the least expensive of all I tried on she had to alter it as it was discontinued and was a size 16 and I am a size 8 my dress came out amazing within a timeline that included prom Charlene is so easy to work with.. my grandmother was a seamstress in Manhattan she would have been so proud of the work that Charlene does this woman was an angel to me as I had just lost my husband and had to shop for a dress for my son's wedding Charlene you have wings my dear and I love you thank you...

First let me say this shop is nice and so are the people working there. But the issue was the alterations made to my granddaughters dress it did not need alot just a slight take in at the chest being a strappless gown. She is on the heavy side and does not like showing her rolls, she loved the dress the first time she tried it on, but sadly prom was a bust she could only stand being there for 2 hours the dress was so tight the plastic stays started coming through the material causing sores on her chest because when she sat down her skin came down on top of them. Yes she did try the dress on at the shop after the alterations but she is scared of confrontation so she said nothing and I could not go with her that day. She was so sad at prom it ruined the entire experience for her knowing she paid $450.00 for a dress...
