Bought two jars of honey, one for myself and one for my boss. Boss didn't like the flavor so they gave me theirs (it did have a different aftertaste then usual). Both jars started to crystallize extremely fast within days of opening. Two weeks after opening they were so solid that I can only get honey out with a steak knife. Sent them an inquiry through the website and the only response I ever received was an email telling me to be patient and they would respond if I had a question. I am a student at Coastal Carolina and this business is at our monthly farmers market on campus! I have stopped at their stand every month they are there to sample some honey. Since the first event they were there I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this honey! The owners are humble and kind, they truly care about their products they put out to the community.
