I went to the outlets with my daughter to look for an outfit for an outdoor wedding. Stopped in at Francesca’s and saw a dress on a mannequin up high and asked the worker what size it was since the ones on the rack were only size large. The girl acted like I was bothering her and told me she thought it was a small. I said ok I was looking for a small, possibly an x-small… She proceeded to snicker and whisper to her coworker. Not sure what that was about but never offered to get the dress and at that point I walked away to help my daughter in the dressing room. No help there either, not once did they ask if we needed help or another size etc. While I was running around getting different items for my daughter to try, I heard one of the workers phones playing music and realized they were watching TikTok videos. Nice. On your phones instead of helping customers. We did find an outfit but it was no thanks...

The store was having a sale where the entire store was $35 AND UNDER. I picked up a dress with a price tag of $50 and asked how much the dress was since it didn’t have the sale price marked. the lady working pointed at the sign and said “everything is 35 and under”. AND UNDER. why would i assume it was exactly $35 ???? I asked if it was EXACTLY $35 and she just pointed to the sign again. So rude. Why would I assume it is exactly $35 if the sign for the sale said $35 and under. Are you telling me EVERYTHING is $35??? A scrunchie is $35? A bracelet is $35??. I put the dress back and didn’t even try it on because i was so angry at how rude she was. We left without buying anything we wanted because of how we were treated. This is the same woman pictured in the review...

I had the best experience at Francesca’s in North Conway NH. Cameron, the young woman who waited on me, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I foolishly left my credit card there and didn’t notice until I was home in MA. After calling the store she assured me that it was locked up in their safe. She asked her boss if there was a way they could get it to me. They shipped it to me by FedEx and I received it the next morning. I am so grateful! Thank you...
