Can I give 10 stars instead of 5?!.... Because the service & product we received are both off the charts!

As soon as we walked in, my husband and I were warmly welcomed and immediately assisted by a wonderful gentleman named Robert.

Robert honed in on my exact desires, pulling some of the most beautiful rings I had ever seen. I did not even really know what I wanted, but Robert helped me dial in my exact taste.

He showed me many options showcasing the newest Diamond technology called "Facets of Fire". Although they were the most beautiful diamonds I had ever seen, I did not want to pay the price tag that came along with most of those rings.

My husband and I told Robert that we would be in touch with him later in the day, as we planned to go look at some other jewelry stores.

As we pulled out of the parking lot, jewidbg to Kay's Jewelers, I kept feeling a tug at my heart to go back to Sissy's. The quality of the jewelry and service there was so impressive to me, the price point was justified.

We then went back to Sissy's and purchased my Facets of Fire diamond ring, and I could not be happier! It is exactly the ring of my deepest desire, and I am so blessed to have this as a four your wedding anniversary present!

We also found my husband a ring at the very end, which he actually ended up picking up today (a week later as it had to be ordered) It's absolutely perfect as well!

After we purchased my ring, they sized it there for me within about an hour and a half time.

I cannot recommend this establishment enough! Not only is the jewelry exquisite, but there are some of the most quality customer service representatives I have ever seen within one business. Everyone was very kind, well dressed, and prompt to answer all questions. I will always send friends and family here in the future!

Alison and Malaki were very professional and helped me get what I was looking for. They stuck around when I wanted to explore around with different options for bands and stones. They didn't rush me or try to up-sale me which I found refreshing and made me want to pick them more over another organization. In this world of company prioritizing profit margins, I found Alison and Malaki a pleasant customer experience. A human touch. I found a ring and stone I liked and they kept up with me via emails. Alison told me about the upcoming "tax included" sale and was able to keep me around and sold me. Malaki made sure I was as comfortable as I could be while I was there. I went around other organizations around the conway area and some in little rock, but Sissy's warranties and benefits along with Alison and Malaki customer service proved a better outcome and experience, all except for price. My only complaint is Sissy's does not carry lab grown stones, and natural stones are more expensive. That's at the higher organizational level so no fault at their...
