Spencer's — Local services in Conway

Unprofessional workers. We came in this evening to look around. I did not realize they would be closing soon or we wouldn’t have gone in.

After being there for about five minutes, the three workers started to go around the store obnoxiously hollering “five minutes” and laughing. I had no idea what they were talking about but assumed they were just having a good time with each other until my teen sister came to me and said they were making her uneasy and were trying to make us feel uncomfortable so we would leave.

The three workers continued to act obnoxious, hollering each number of minutes up until 6- which we stayed to because I will not tolerate grown adults bullying minors just because they think it’s cute and they want to go home.

This could be corrected by: When we came in, greet us and just give us a heads up that the store would be closing soon.

Actually announce that the store will be closing soon. - just yelling a number and minutes doesn’t tell costumers anything unless they add, “-until closing” to the end of the statement.

I’m disappointed in all of the employees extremely distasteful behavior. I would also like to add that the group I came in with were all respectful, quiet and well behaved individuals and did not deserve to be made feel like they were being bullied by some employees acting like high-school girl bullies.

The employees here are all so helpful and nice. Any questions I had they answered and offered me alternative products if they didn’t have what I wanted. Shout out to the amazing management team and their employees on the register too, super amazing crew they have here this is my favorite place to shop because any time I’m here they help me out and make fun conversation with me. I spend a lot of money here, I go here regularly to get gifts or an outfit & jewelry to wear out to concerts. Today I was in there shopping, I was on my lunch break but I have a concert to go to tomorrow and wanted to find a shirt. I was literally followed around the store and the employees were openly talking about customers in the store. What a joke, I...
