Will never go to this store again nor refer any one. Apparently the "white" manager, Matt C., only wants "white" patrons. I drove my friend here because of their selections. I asked the manager about Geek Vapes and the pricing. Rather than explaining the different brands and pricing, he said, is whatever we have over there, shrugging to the case. I was going to purchase but decided not to after that interaction but my friend preceded with her purchase. After finding the vape she wanted, she had to asked him how to use it as he wasn't going to explain anything. I then asked him was he the owner and that's when he stated he was one of the managers. I asked him was he ok because we're asking about products, trying to spend money and he was uninterested and not engaging at all as if he didn't want us there. He just stared and got irritated when my friend asked him how to use it. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS again and I will post this experience on every single platform that I have. You're in a almost predominate BLACK area and your treating BLACK customers like this. Take your business...

Matt has been at this shop more often when we go, but it’s been clear that his attitude can go from zero to ten really quick. When I purchased some items this week he seemed to have a problem with my trying them out to make sure they weren’t bad, so I moved from by the register to the counter by the vape section once he took care of some other customers he snapped and grabbed a small step stool went in the back, came back out and use profanity as he walked back towards where I was and I asked, Hey, Am I in the way and he replied disrespectfully, Uh Yeah….. When the consumer spends money with a business we do not ask for this negative customer service and for me he has done this several times it makes me feel like he has some issues with people of color. I had to speak twice before he even acknowledged me and was no help! Like I said I’m-new to vaping and was looking to get some coils and salt juice. He disinterested know what coils were compatible with the drags and when I asked if the box would say what was compatible he said they didn’t haven’t any drag s models in stock. I then showed him that they did and he went in to stay say that I should know what coils go with my Setup! I proceeded to get the coils and asked about different flavors in the berg menthol he pointed out only 2 when there was clearly 5 on the shelves. I purchased a 5 pack of coils and 2 bottles of juice and had to ask for a bag. As I’m leaving the store there were only 3 coils in the 5 pack. Very rude no help!
